On the plus side, the flat is in a convenient location. Both air conditioners work well. Good TV. All cutlery is available. The bed was comfortable.

The flat doesn't look like the pictures. It's a little old. The tiles in the bathroom are scuffed, the walls are dirty in places, the doors are peeling. When you take a shower, all the water spills all over the bathroom. The hot water stops running after 2 minutes, the rest of the time you have to wash with cold water. I wrote to their support about it, but they just didn't respond to me. The sink in the bathroom is terribly uncomfortable. It's just impossible to wash your face because your head will rest against the shelf that hangs directly above the sink. There wasn't even a decent liquid soap dispenser in the flat for the price. When you press it, it just shoots in different directions. And the soap is like it was diluted with water. The flat is very noisy. Any sound of a passing car on the street can be heard with the windows closed. The lamp over the dining table didn’t work. The flat was not perfectly clean even though we pay almost 100€ for cleaning. The girl who did the check-in just walked into the flat with dirty shoes. Maybe this is the way it is done in Spain?
