La posizione è perfetta. La gentilezza e la totale disponibilità del personale. L’appartamento era completo di tutto e nelle vicinanze c’era di tutto tra supermercato, farmacie, pasticceria, fermate del tram ecc…

​We stayed in this apartment for three nights. The space itself has a lot of potential and some great features, though our experience was a bit mixed due to a few details regarding communication and maintenance. ​The Positives: ​Space & Comfort: The apartment was spacious, and the double bed was fairly comfortable. ​Amenities: The kitchen was relatively well-equipped, which was very useful during our stay. ​Location & Convenience: The location is pretty good, situated roughly midway between the airport and the old town. A tram stop is literally a couple of minutes away, a bus stop is just around the corner, and having a supermarket just downstairs made shopping incredibly convenient. ​Beach Access: The beach is only about a four-minute walk away. It was wonderful to be able to easily drop by the sea for a few hours and then head straight back to the apartment for our toddler's nap.

​Areas for Improvement: ​Crib Mix-up: We had a confirmed crib request at the time of booking. However, when we arrived at 9:00 PM, it wasn't there. The host initially thought we hadn't requested it and mentioned an extra charge, or bringing just the frame the next day without a mattress. After discussing the mattress, she agreed to bring one. My husband and I barely slept that first night because we had to share the bed with our toddler, which none of us are used to. The following day, when I told her I could show her proof that it was included for no extra cost, she immediately acknowledged that she had made a mistake and that I was right, noting she got mixed up with another property she manages. ​Hair Dryer: A hair dryer was listed but missing when we arrived. The host did bring one over on Sunday, though it was a bit inconvenient as I had hoped to wash my hair on Saturday. ​Cleanliness: The apartment looked fine at first glance, but the floors were dirty—walking barefoot left our feet covered in dust and hair. While the top shelves were clean, the lower shelves were dusty, so I wiped them down myself since my toddler touches everything. ​Maintenance: Every single door handle was old and loose. They made a significant amount of noise whenever a door opened or shut, which isn't ideal when trying to keep a sleeping toddler asleep. ​Overall, the apartment itself is a nice, spacious place to stay. With just a bit more attention to detail regarding cleaning, minor maintenance, and booking notes, it would be a much smoother experience for future guests.
