Garage and heating block !!

Spacious, bright apartment,, comfortable beds,, all amenities available.

For October, the kitchen and living room are cool because heat is blowing out from under the door, the bedroom is warm, there is no toilet paper and the heating unit in the living room is not working. It is also difficult to park in the garage due to the lack of lighting inside

Awesome stay

The apartment was really nice and comfortable for a group of 7 people, even for 10 people it would be possible because there were 4 double beds and 2 sofas, the metro station is close (10min walk) and that's a big advantage, the kitchen with oven and microwave, fridge, washing machine, we really enjoyed the time in the living room because it was perfect for sitting together

There was no Coffee Maker Capsules to the coffee machine and only 2 rolls of toilet paper for 7 people is a little bit to little but that's only this

In the description it writes a 2 bedroom apartment but it does not have 2 bedroom only one bedroom and 1 sofa that transforms in the living room to bed, but with 2 family its not comfortable and lie that have two bedroom

I recommend people to use the property, because it is clean and nice apartment for staying.

The apartment was very clean, and really nice from inside, to many space for big families.

Everything was perfect, only fans was missing in the rooms because it was hot, they can have fans it will be much better. Also if the owner can add couple of water bottles it will be nice.

Le logement n’est pas du tout chauffé j’ai vraiment trouver ça dommage que le propriétaire ne mette pas n’informe pas que les chauffage ne marche pas nous avons l’impression d’être dans une rue or que nous somme bien dans l’appartement c’est vraiment pas chauffé surtout qu’il est censé contrôler lui même , de plus il y’a pas de rangement pour nos affaires , nous ne pouvons pas ranger nos affaires correctement les apparreil ne son pas en français.

Posizionata discretamente a 7 minuti dalla metro. Quartiere poco servito da locali ma tranquillo.

Acqua calda razionata per solo 2 ore al giorno dalle 8 alle 10 di mattina. Gestione acqua calda poco chiaro visto che non c’era stato comunicato. All’arrivo è stato necessario versare cauzione on line altrimenti non ci venivano date le istruzioni per entrare.

O apartamento está limpo, o equipamento era moderno e suficiente, grupo de 7 pessoas, e serviço do pessoal era bom.

A redondezas do apartamento estavam muito sujas, na garagem o cheiro a urina era muito desagradável, e antes de dar a informação para o acesso as chaves fimos quase que chantagiados a depositar uma caução de limpeza no valor de 100 euros sem qualquer tipo de aviso prévio, se por qualquer motivo não houvesse disponibilidade de pagar a caução não sei o que seria, pouca seriedade nesse aspecto.

Le prix. Logement confortable. Ne pas se fier sur le bâtiment extérieur, il ne reflète pas l'intérieur. À 30 minutes a pied de la Basilique et du Metro. Généralement propre.

Un peu serré pour un groupe de 6. Il y a une seule salle de bain et nous avons manqué d'eau chaude après 2 douches. Peu équipé en ustensiles et papier toilette.

L’appartement est très grand avec 2grandes chambres qui possèdent 2 grands lits chacune; un garage fermé en sous sol pour être la voiture, à 600 m du métro, calme

Volets roulants cassés mais le propriétaire a fait des devis pour les remplacer ce qui a empêché d’ouvrir les fenêtres car il y avait beaucoup de moustiques ;il manque des ventilateurs lorsqu’il fait chaud pour pouvoir dormir

Merci pour votre accueil et les informations pratiques transmises. L’appartement est vraiment agréable : propre, bien décoré, et le linge fourni est de qualité. Nous apprécions particulièrement l’ambiance "comme à la maison", ce qui est justement la raison pour laquelle nous choisissons un logement plutôt qu’un hôtel.

Cependant, c’est la première fois que nous voyons un appartement où le gel douche et les dosettes pour lave-vaisselle ne sont pas fournis. Cela nous a un peu surpris, car ces petits détails facilitent grandement le séjour.
