Located in Villetaneuse, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 7-minute drive to Seine or the 6-minute drive to Basilica of Saint-Denis (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime). Check out other neighborhoods and see more of Villetaneuse by hopping on a metro at either Suzanne Valadon Tram Stop, a short 9-minute walk away, or Mairie de Pierrefitte Tram Stop, 10 minutes away.

Relax in the garden (enjoy the outdoor furniture!) or sip a drink on the balcony of this 120-sq-ft vacation home. When you come inside, connect to the free WiFi or get cozy in front of the TV (video library available). There's also a DVD player for your enjoyment.
