Çok temizdi. Eşyalar iyi durumdaydı. Şehir merkezine yakındı. Ev sahibi ilgiliydi. Iletişim’e açıktı.

Çok dar bir sokakta. Park yeri bulmak imkansız gibi, iki sokak aşağıdaki otoparka bıraktım. Komşuların bazıları çok gürültücü ve apartmanlar çok yakın olduğu için tüm sesler duyuluyor. Kanepe açılmıyor. O yüzden yetişkinler için iki tane iki kişilik yatak var şeklinde kabul edilmeli.
