Very good quality-price proportion.

Very big apartament in a nice quiet area. Its suitable for at least 4 persons. The tarrace is very big and has a beautiful view. The owner is very helpful and the check in and check out routine is very simple.

It s more far from the city center than it says, but it s not such a big problem.

I can't think of anything that we didn't like. The appartament was bigger than it seems in the pictures, it was a wonderful surprise. Awesome view, clean, huge terrace.

Superb

The appartment is big and very clean. There is plenty of room for the kids to play and huge terrace with magnificent view of the harbour. Kithen is fully equipped with everything you might need. There is also a washing machine in the bathroom which come in handy :) Communication with host was very easy.

The shower is a little tricky and needs replacement or repair, as the water does not come out properly. It could be used as is, but it could be better.

Breathtaking views of Kavala and a great value for money

Thea apartment is a wonderful place with magnificent views! It has a spacious, light and airy living and dining room and a wonderful, huge terrace, where you can enjoy coffee, a meal, or simply the gorgeous view. We really enjoyed the bird's eye view of Kavala, Thassos, Athos and Samothraki and the living space, where we could easily celebrate a special occasion during our stay. The host and his assistant, who welcomed us on arrival and wished us a safe journey home on departure, were both very helpful and polite. It was a breeze communicating with both of them by message and in person. Many thanks for everything, Panos and Eva! :)

Personally, I found the bathroom a bit small and, unlike in the rest of the flat, the lighting wasn't very good. The other drawback for those wishing to go dining, shopping or exploring outside would be the access to the town centre. As the property is very high up on a hill (thus the breathtaking view), it requires a very steep descent (and then ascent) to get to and from the centre.

Rezervasyonu yaparken önceliğimiz rahatlık ve balkon kullanımıydı, odaya girdiğimizde ne kadar doğru bir karar verdiğimizi anlamış olduk. Kavala tatilinizi, mutlaka balkonda bir akşam ya da sabah geçirecekmiş gibi planlamanızı öneririm.
