Very easy to access keys which is so convenient after a long day of travel. We were able to get in and complete our stay without needing any assistance. The apartment is very clean and cute, it provided us not just a place to sleep but was comfortable enough to be a pleasant place to spend some time hanging out in between excursions in Belfast. They also provided some very thoughtful snacks and amenities such as tea and coffee and a generous bottle of wine. The clothes washing machine was also very appreciated after a long week of travel.

I know this is typical of many homes in Ireland but we were very cold inside of the apartment despite turning on the heating. The extra quilt and blankets were lovely but perhaps the addition of a space heater in the winters would be very appreciated (in the warmer months I'm sure it's perfect!) One other detail would be to provide a second set of keys as sometimes members of our group wished to leave/return to the apartment at different times, but this was not possible.

Newly renovated and good location

I am afraid as it is new, some items are missing , like a hairdryer , a vacuum cleaner , hand soap and kitchen towel.
