Appartement für Kurzaufenthalt gut. Man kann gut zu Fuß alle Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Das viertel ist auch abends sicher, viele Kneipen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

kein persönlicher Kontakt zum Gastgeber. Es fehlten Geschirrtücher. Fernbedienung vom Fernseher funktioniert nicht.

Was clean and cosy and a nice size. Excellent location situated on a nice avenue and host communicated with me right away to make sure I knew the procedures for getting key and access.

There was no tv in living room area, though there was a wall bracket for it. However there was one in the bedroom but it only had 4 channels I had never heard of. After a long day I was so disappointed as just wanted to relax for rest of day and catch up on some tv programmes. You could hear every footstep in the room up above too which wasn’t ideal.

Comfortable bed. Strong hot shower. Location is good. I didn’t use the kitchen facilities so I can’t comment on these.

Before you get access you must submit via WhatsApp a copy of your driving licence or passport to prove you are over 25 years. This is far too much information to be giving to an unknown person. This stipulation should be stated before you book and pay. It would be better if you were met at the property by the owner to whom you could show your proof of age. The property was advertised as having free parking. I could not find the free parking and I texted the number for help but received no reply. I can only assume that the parking was on-street parking, which is free and which was fine. However, advertising “free parking” without explaining that it is on the street is misleading. The apartment is more like a basement apartment than a ground floor one. The apartment was clean but it reeked of bleach on arrival at 3pm and still did so at midnight. I discovered a bucket in the understairs storage area which was full of water and bleach. Once emptied, the smell abated. The postcode on Google Maps brings you to the next street, so enter the address to find directions.
