W pełni wyposażona kuchnia, sprzęty agd, estetyczny wystrój wnętrz, wygodne łóżko, klimatyzacja w części dziennej. Bliskość obiektu od restauracji, dużego supermarketu, łatwy dojazd z autostrady. Łatwy dostęp windą na szóste piętro. Miejsce postojowe darmowe na prywatnym parkingu ze szlabanem.
W pokoju sypialnym było za ciepło ze względu na słabą wentylację(konieczność wyłączenia klimatyzacji ze względu na wodę kapiącą z urządzenia). Trochę to poprawiał wiatrak, jednak unosił się zapach zwierząt, które były tu poprzednio.
