Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo e posizione comoda. La casa ha il fascino di un'abitazione antica con i pro e i contro (es. i passi degli ospiti al piano di sopra sono molto rumorosi stando sotto). Anche con il caldo di agosto siamo stato abbastanza freschi. Lauco è un bel paese con tutto il necessario. Il parcheggio davanti alla casa è ampio e comodo.
La piazza davanti alla casa è molto rumorosa. Non avendo il climatizzatore si dorme con la finestra aperta, ma tra cani che abbaiano a tutte le ore e vicini rumorosi, a volte si fa fatica a prendere sonno...certo non è colpa della struttura, ma è l'unica cosa propriamente "negativa" della nostra esperienza.
