Cosy and warm - perfect refuge for a large family after a day of skiing.

Clean, spacious, warm (in winter). Welcome gift was a pleasant surprise. Apartment is the whole 1st floor, the ground floor is owner's apartment which was empty at time of our stay. Pleasant and cosy ambient with lots of wood, high ceiling (roof). Two bathrooms.

Few minor things which didn't ruin our stay: poor/low light in the kitchen, no wall hangers for coats/parkas, sloped driveway to the house at small angle to main road needs special attention of the driver at coming/leaving.

Ideal for families looking for a self-catering place on a ski trip.

Good location, not far from the ski lifts (by car), well-equipped kitchen. The whole place was in good condition.

The kitchen is a bit small, it wasn't easy for all the 8 of the group to sit down at the same time, although it wasn't impossible.

Stay away

Together with the key we received a bucket of breakfast food.

The apartment was advertised with mountain view. In reality we had main road view with lot of noise from cars which was particularky disturbing in the mornings. We rented 3 bedroom apartment for 8 people and in the extremely small kitchen was a table only for 4 people. The spring mattresses in two bedrooms were so soft that two people could barely sleep without waking each other up. I do not understand how Booking.com can show several apartments from one owner as one property. You will see a bunch of photos from around 8 apartments at different locations in one place so you can never tell which one you have booked. I do not recommend this property and I will ask for a refund or a discount from Booking.com.

Piękna lokalizacja kwatery w Raveo i świetne warunki narciarskie w ośrodku Zoncolan

Czysty apartament w pięknej i spokojnej okolicy (dotyczy miejscowości Raveo). Możliwość zakupu karnetów narciarskich (z rabatem) w biurze, gdzie odbiera się klucze do apartamentów. Bardzo miłe i pomocne Panie w biurze.

Okazało się, że po zameldowaniu w Ovaro należy podjechać do Raveo, gdzie mieści się apartament. W naszym przypadku oznaczało to nieco dalsze dojazdy do ośrodka narciarskiego w Ravascletto. Zwłasza, że na ten wyjazd nie mogliśmy zabrać auta z napędem na 4 koła, do którego mamy też łańcuchy. Dojeżdżaliśmy więc drogą z łagodniejszymi wzniesieniami (przez Villa Santina). Raveo bardzo ładne jednak zwykle nie udawało się zaparkować bezpośrednio przy kwaterze tylko w różnych częściach tej (niewielkiej) miejscowości.

Fajne miejsce na wypad narciarski z rodziną.

Rezerwując w tej firmie trzeba sprawdzić sobie lokalizację wybranego apartamentu. Mają kilka w różnych lokalizacjach. Problem jest jeśli się rezerwuje większą grupą znajomych bo mogą być oddalone od siebie apartamenty o kilka kilometrów. Na szczęście sprawdziliśmy sobie wcześniej i nasz był idealnie położny jeśli chodzi o wyjazd na narty. Obsługa w biurze bardzo miła i pomocna. Apartament czysty ciepły i przygotowany.

Troszkę słabe WiFi i zasięg Lte oraz bliskość ulicy.

Nieuczciwa praktyka

Stosują nieuczciwe praktyki. Obiekt nie znajduje się w Ovaro, lecz w oddalonym o 5 km miasteczku, do którego jedyna droga jest kręta i ciężka do przebycia w warunkach zimowych. Mieliśmy duży problem z dojazdem z uwagi na opady śniegu i brak odśnieżania ( pomimo nowych opon zimowych i napędu 4x4) Bardzo niewygodne łóżko - twarde i skrzypiące. Szczerze odradzam obiekt.

Appartamento curato e pulito, ubicato in un piccolo paese.Staff gentile

Qualche difficoltà nel trovare parcheggio nel paese e, per noi che avevamo un cane, problematico trovare un'area attrezzata per i cani o uno spazio verde pubblico ( sono spesso spazi verdi privati) Noi ci siamo adeguati, ma, forse, andrebbe valutato meglio questo aspetto dall'amministrazione del Comune visto che sono molte le persone che viaggiano con i propri amici a quattro zampe

Appartamento semplice e funzionale, molto pulito, in una bella casa e borgo tranquillo. Fare attenzione al momento della prenotazione: è molto facile scegliere una soluzione in base alle immagini e ritrovarsi in un luogo diverso

All'arrivo presso l'ufficio che gestisce l'accoglienza abbiamo inizialmente scoperto di avere assegnato un appartamento scadente, rumoroso, molto diverso dalle immagini della prenotazione. Abbiamo faticato a ottenerne un altro

Soggiorno in Carnia

Appartamento dagli spazi generosi,ben arredato anche se potrebbe essere più rifinito per una casa di montagna (pareti bianche disadorne). L'appartamento è ubicato nel pieno centro del borgo. Appartamento nuovo ,letto comodo con scelta del cuscino!

Essendo al piano terra si sente l'andirivieni degli altri ospiti che vanno ai piani superiori,se poi mettiamo la maleducazione degli stessi che non rispettano gli orari del silenzio(bambini /genitori).

La casa senza appendini

Bello l'appartamento, arredato con mobili in legno massello, cucina funzionale e comoda con strumenti base per cucinare. Ottimo bagno con doccia grande. La posizione dell'albergo a Raveo è comoda, ti permette di arrivare in cinquanta minuti nei migliori luoghi della Carnia dove fare escursioni. L'albergo è provvisto di stanza lavanderia in comune, con lavatrice, ferro da stiro e stendino. Siamo Stati bene, tranne che per qualche disattenzione dei gestori.

Il nostro appartamento (appart.C) era sprovvisto di qualsiasi tipo di appendino, abbiamo dovuto appendere gli asciugamani al termosifone e alle ante delle finestre, e l'unico appendi-asciugamano accanto al lavandino era rotto e cadeva per terra appena si toccava. Inoltre non potevamo appendere giacche o qualsiasi altro indumento appena rientravamo a casa. Quando abbiamo fatto la lavatrice, visto che l'unico stendino era occupato da altro appartamento, abbiamo appeso tutta la roba bagnata in ogni angolo della casa, finestre comprese. L'asse da stiro non c'è. Si può migliorare.

Super pour découvrir cette région du Nord de l'Italie et faire des randos en montagne.

L'environnement, le village sont au top. Une très belle région à découvrir. Le logement est grand, bien équipé et très calme (le village de Clavais est très calme). Bonne organisation et bonne communication pour la remise des clés (sommes arrivés très tard car depuis la France la route est très longue, d'ailleurs plutôt que passer par la Suisse, ce qu'on a fait à l'aller, par l'Autriche est bien mieux (autoroutes). Le panier de bienvenue fut apprécié ;-) Merci !

Pour ceux qui dorment en bas sur le canapé, le manque de volets peut être gênant. Par contre la chambre est très bien et équipée de stores.

Chechin facile e disponibile ad adeguarsi ai nostri orari. Caffè e dolci tipici offerti. Casa grande e comoda. C'è tutto il necessario e tutto nuovo. Accesso comodo e parcheggio di fronte alla casa. Letti comodi. Bagni pulitissimi. Personale pronto ad ogni assistenza. Bello il bosco alle spalle... con lucciole! Fantastico Accesso al fiume.

Accesso in prossimità di una curva. Forse uno specchio aiuterebbe.
