Nice accommodation, unfriendly staff, terrible breakfast

Located in rural area, clean room and bathroom

Rooms full of mustiness, bad smell, unfriendly staff, outside light on during the whole night, dogs running around. Outdoor dining area - 2 chairs outside of the room. Breakfast was a disaster - sandwich heated up in the microwave (presented as homemade bread), small pieces of butter, jogurt with small bowl of fruit, homemade marmalade. Tea or coffee with milk - must be chosen day before. Nothing more, who doesn't like sweet breakfast stays hungry.

The room was spacious.

The room was old fashioned, there was no air conditioning - however, the door (there was no window) couldn't have been left open due to the smell of horses and it was noisy during the night due to a neighbouring plant. The breakfast was acceptable only.

Do not recommend it!

The thing that I appreciated was the kindness of the staff, an old couple. I really respect their work.

In my opinion in the description of this booking it should be mentioned the fact that the room will be near the horses (less than 4m from the entrance). This fact brings unpleasant smell, a lot of flies, uncomfortable environment, unsuitable for relaxing. Also, in the room was unbreathable smell of mold / old furniture. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, wrong password. No staff to talk to after 8PM. Poor breakfast, only sweets and coffee.

The owner is a very nice guy. Very hospitable, he offered us wine and dinner as well, when we came. It is a little pub for locals there, with a very nice atmosphere. We did love the place.

Einfaches Zimmer , sehr sauber und funktionell.Alles da was man braucht . Sehr netter Empfang .Das Abendessen war sehr gut , der Wein ausgezeichnet .Sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Besitzer Das Frühstück mit den selbst gemachten Marmeladen und den frischen Obst sehr fein Ein sehr schöner letzter Tag in Friaul Grazie 🙏🙏🙏 Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Blisko autostrady, czysto, sympatyczna pani gospodyni, widoki na okolice. Wygodne łóżko.

Telewizor u gospodarzy grał bardzo głośno do północy , dom jest mocno akustyczny i nie można było zasnąć do czasu aż go wyłączyli. To naprawdę jest uciążliwe. Powinniście zadbać o ciszę. Stosunek ceny do warunków. Brak kolacji pomimo wcześniejszego powiadomienia na portalu o chęci zjedzenia jej po podróży.

Kedves szállásadó, nyugodt, szép környéken van az épület. Gazdálkodáshoz tartozó történésekkel, finom friss vacsorával, reggelivel.

A reggeli szűkített volt, felvágott és villás reggeli külön fizetség ellenében. Kerékpárok tárolására alkalmas hely sajnos nincs.

Consiglio la struttura a chi vuole rilassarsi senza fonti di disturbo; è accogliente e la raccomando

Colazione all'italiana ma molto ricca, con marmellate fatte in casa, pane caldo, burro, frutta fresca, dolci, yogurt, insomma di tutto! Diciamo pure che siamo stati coccolati dallo staff. La posizione in mezzo ai campi è molto tranquilla e rilassante, e non ci sono fonti di disturbo.

Difficile da dire; ci siamo trovati proprio bene.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero rilassante all’Agriturismo San Floreano. La struttura è immersa nel verde, circondata dalla natura e con una splendida vista sulle montagne friulane. L’agriturismo ospita anche un allevamento di cavalli, che rende l’atmosfera ancora più autentica e suggestiva. Il personale è super disponibile e cortese, sempre pronto a dare una mano con il sorriso. La camera era silenziosa, perfetta per staccare la spina. E la cosa migliore? Non c’è la TV – un vero punto di forza per chi vuole rilassarsi e godersi la pace della campagna.

Byłem przelotem 2 razy po jednej nocy i polecam każdemu jako bazę wypadową .

Pelna agroturystyka . dużo koni i trochę psów. Nawet nie brakuje klimatyzacji bo w pokojch jest całkiem chłodno. Może trochę słaby internet, ale jest i też można sobie z tym poradzić. Można zamówić jedzenie i picie wieczorem. Bardzo dobra baza wypadowa.

Sehr nette und freundliche Unterkunft unweit der Autobahn um einen Reisepause einzulegen. Trotzdem kein Problem mit Lärm von der Autobahn!

Passende Unterkunft für die Durchreise, wenn man Pferde mag.

Der Empfang war mit einem Gläschen Wein sehr herzlich. Die Zimmer waren einfach eingerichtet aber es war alles vorhanden. Das Frühstück hat auch gut gepasst.
