Average apartment. Good location.

The apartment was okay. We liked that there were cleaning products available and detergent for the washing machine.

The property didn't have some of the items/features as described in the listing. There was no coffee maker. There was no balcony. There was no soundproofing. The street noise from the cars and from people talking echoed really loudly. Plus, the bed was far too firm for our liking, but that's personal preference of course.

In centro, il posto auto molto comodo. In casa era presente il necessario per cucinare. Presenti biscotti, caffè zucchero per la colazione. Grazioso l' arredo. Comodo anche l angolo fumatori sul pianerottolo. Proprietario disponibile.

Prodotti da bagno: presente solo bagnoschiuma. Problema relativo, ci sono negozi nelle immediate vicinanze. Manca mensola di appoggio per i prodotto in doccia, per cui bisogna appoggiarli a terra.

Posizione eccellente perché vicinissima al centro storico e con posto auto coperto. Bello l'appartamento in generale, disposto su due livelli e ben curato, completo di tutte le dotazioni (detergenti, elettrodomestici inclusa lavatrice). Ottima la possibilità di cucinare o comunque consumare i pasti in casa

- čistota - kousek od centra - možnost parkování zdarma - vše bylo kousek od domu - příjemná postel - vše funkční Celkově jsme si to s rodinou moc užili. Toto ubytování za nás můžeme jedině doporučit. Vše čisté, funkční a prostorné. Navíc opravdu kousek od centra. Možnost parkování v přízemí domu bylo taky moc fajn. Za nás můžeme jedině doporučit. Casa completa e funzionale a buon prezzo. Posizione accettabile per raggiungere a piedi i principali luoghi di Udine. Ottima la cucina, soprattutto per la completezza. Gradevole l'ambiente interno, comodo il letto.

Foi a segunda vez que ficamos neste apartamento. O proprietário, Sr. Umberto é muito simpático e sempre ajuda quando necessário. Desta vez precisamos entrar um pouco antes e foi possível. A localização é ótima para ficar em Udine, em uma posição central e com estacionamento. Para quem procura uma acomodação (não um SPA ou hotel fazenda ou algo do gênero) acho difícil encontrar opção melhor.

Tolle Lage

Die Lage ist für den Besuch des Stadtzentrums Spitze. Auch dass man am Haus einen Unterstand für das Auto hat. Die Einrichtung ist alt, aber sehr sauber. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen. Wir hatten sehr kurzfristig entschieden, in Udine zu übernachten. Der Vermieter war innerhalb weniger Minuten vor Ort. Eine Empfehlung möchte ich auf jeden Fall für das Frühstück geben. Gleich um die Ecke befindet sich eine kleine Bäckerei - frische Brötchen, herrliches Süßgebäck und ein sehr guter Kaffee .

Das einzige Manko ist, dass das Sofabett auch in die Jahre gekommen und sehr unbequem ist.

Appartamento pulito, spazioso, completo di tutto. Wifi e aria condizionata perfettamente funzionanti. Comodo il check-in in autonomia.

Parcheggio un po' stretto, e non si può chiudere il cancello.
