We were a group of friends traveling by bike, and when we made the reservation, there was no information provided about the exact location of the apartment. We assumed it was in the city center, not 800 meters away. It wasn’t a big issue, but it would be helpful to have that detail in advance next time.

One of if not our very best experience with/thru Booking.com. An absolute jewel

No breakfast included, we were in an apartment with full cooking facilities. The check in went smoothly and the clerk was phenomenal and guided us to the apartment. She was lovely. In fact, after the initial booking, I asked about getting a lower floor as my wife has vision limits. The property sent a message indicating our request could be filled. The further sent updates on tours on offer and activities. The apartment blew us away!! Equipped with everything we could possibly need including a washing machine and food scale. Wow. It was central to the town and walking everywhere was a breeze. For the price we paid the value was off the charts!!!! We will be back!!!

Nice place. Hills, forest, good place to hide from heat. Receptionist very helpfull, speaked English :-). Late checking with smile.

Could have some basics like salt, pepper, sugar,… Missing key at toilet door/bathroom.

- service at the reception (very friendly and helpful Laura) - location of accommodation - cleanliness of accommodation

- the bathroom is not heated (quite uncomfortable in the winter months) - very poor sound insulation (the sound from the accommodation above is quite disturbing in the bedroom) - absence of internet connection (due to the thickness of the walls, data transfer also worked very poorly)

Welcome to Sutrio and a world which forces you to slow down. Step away from the hectic and sit down at the wooden table to enjoy your dinner or rest on the sofa or go to bed early to use the morning hours to stroll along and enjoy magnificent views of the surrounding mountains. The apartment is well equipped with al things needed and there was even a dedicated parking place.

The view was gorgeous, and the checkin staff was very pleasant. It was in a lovely part of town.

The Wifi didn't work, which was really a big inconvenience. The checkin lady had said to phone her with any issues, but we didn't actually have a contact number for her. The apartment is in a beautiful location, but was fairly basic really - no frills, just the basics. We weren't expecting to arrive to a check in area and then be moved on to a different place to stay - maybe that could be made clearer on the website.

We liked the location, it was fully furnished and warm and comfy, we had almost everything we needed

No reception nor WIFI…. This could have been said beforehand so we could decide on another flat. We were completely cut-off

The receptionist was extremely helpful and informative even told us about the history of the city while showing us the apartment. The view was very nice from the windows. Two rooms were nicely separated from each other.

The parking was far away from the apartment. And there was no wifi inside (it was described, but we skipped this detail).

By staying at their place you get great discount on one-day or multi-day skipasses for local slopes (Zoncolan, Piancavallo, Forni di Sopra,...), 10% off in local market place, 10% off in Arta Terme for wellness and spa, discounts in many good restaurants in Sutrio, 10% off on rental and skiing school services on Monte Zoncolan. Great for winter holidays. Good location, 10-15min car ride to cable car in Ravascletto, kitchen well equipped, spacious and clean apartment.

Wi-Fi available but very poor signal, also no mobile service in our apartment.
