A nice option for visiting Monte Zoncolan

Spacious apartment with easy parking.

Apartment isn’t in Sutrio, but a nearby area that isn’t easily walkable to shops. Apartment could have been cleaned a bit better.

It was very stylish. The office where we met the staff to collect the key was very welcoming

Terrible check-in experience

The apartment itself was actually nice, I have no complaints about the facilities.

The location indicated is not the location of the apartment. We arrived at the address and couldn’t find the place, the phone indicated on Booking was turned off, no one was replying to the messages I sent via the Booking messenger. After some wandering around trying to find the place, we met a nice local lady that told us that the owners of the apartment can usually be found at the nearby cafe… we went to the cafe where the staff sent us back to a Riffugio that was closed. A young lady appeared in 10 minutes and did not even apologise for the fact that we had waited for an hour in the rain. She asked us to follow her car until we reached the actual location of the apartment which was not central at all. TL;DR: worst check-in experience of my life.

Wooden bench on the dining tabel :/ old fasioned and not confortable. But that is not so important.

Close to a 9 but not quite there!

Very classy apartment, materials used are high quality and you can tell it wasn’t cheap. Apartment is also roomy, and the balcony is a plus. Quaint atmosphere, we all had a good night’s sleep.

The trash from the previous guests was left in the apartment upon our arrival which leaves questions about the thoroughness of the cleaning. Kitchen not the best equipped but this is standard in Italy.
