Struttura tenuta veramente bene, con ottimi servizi e manutenzione della pulizia e piscina. Staff sempre cordiale e disponibile ad aiutarti in tutte le necessità. Si mangia bene, nulla da invidiare.

The staff was very helpfull and polite as experienced everywhere in Pemuteran.
They were helpful with the parking of the car and the check in and check out was very smooth.
The family room was very large. The groundfloor is good, but the topfloor could only be reached from outside as was the 2nd bathroom. Not all children and parents feel comfortable with the 2nd room where the children are sleeping not reachable directly from inside the parents room. The topfloor was also very empty.
