Not cleaned properly

It was pretty cheap.

The place was not properly cleaned. There were pieces of food on the floor, the lid of a can on the counter, and the bedsheets were dirty. Also, not enough sheets were provided for sleeping on the sofa bed, which was also dirty.

Good location

The location was great & decor was cosy, really well equipped kitchen & bathroom. Hosts were lovely & let us check in earlier than usual :)

Overall the cleanliness could've been better/it was a little uncomfortable because of that & sofa bed is very hard but for the value of the stay and location it was fine.

Super location, adorable little apartment in the heart of bristol, close to everything

It was amazingly close to everything you could need in Bristol, the apartment was decorated so well and had everything you could need really!

The mattress on the double bed is slightly too thin and could maybe benefit from a mattress topper but other than that everything was brilliant

I never got the location or apartment i booked, ended up in a very run down location above a cafe nothing like the pictures. And nowhere near the advertised location. Not worth anything near the money very run down and no refund at all of any money. Not worth it.

Not very comfortable, but nice host :)

1) The place was decorated with cat art - very cute. 2) There is a lot of cutlery and plates, a microwave available (We are a party of 3) 3) Comfortable shower/ good water pressure, with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner available 4) Sheets, duvet and a pillow provided for the sofa bed 5) Pets allowed :) 6) There is a small hair dryer

1) The door wobbles/ rattles whenever someone open or close their door in the same corridor - it happened a few times in the night, and each time it feels like someone is trying to get in, I felt unsafe, and the sleep quality is poor. 2) Sofa bed is not comfortable, as expected 3) The paint on the bathroom ceiling is peeling. 4) The place is overall quite small, there are 4 chairs around the table, but 1 chair is not accessible because it is in the corner and the wall blocks it. And if you travel with suitcase, there will not be space. 5) Washing machine no where to be found in the flat, although listed on the page. 6) Mattress also a bit too soft for my comfort 7) Lift is broken!!!! would not be able to go up if you need a wheelchair.

Bed was really thin and uncomfortable was a folding bed so the dents dig into your back when your sleeping too much noise starting at around 6am in the morning and there was half eaten chicken bones left in the fridge from previous guests maybe?

Modern and charming apartment which has everything you need for a pleasant stay

The apartment is quite big, cutely decorated (we happen to be enthusiastic about cats, too! :-), with many interesting details. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and more - I'd like to point out two bags of instant oatmeal, which was great for my kids' breakfast next morning. Such small things count great deal! The bathroom is cosy and spacious and has all the necessary toiletries. Communication with the hosts was great. Upon our request, we were able to enter the apartment much sooner than the regular check-in time is, and it meant a lot to us. The apartment is near to the main bus and coach station - it takes just a 10 minute walk.

The sofa in the sitting room is a bit too hard, but after a whole day of walking, I managed to get a good sleep in spite of it.

Great communication with hosts; good value for money in central location

Very clear easy instructions and great communication with the host. Good location and price. The place was clean and tidy, and the flat is a good size.

The bed was incredibly soft, which I didn't mind but some people won't love. Also, some of the fittings were a bit dodgy-looking: the curtain pole fell off the wall when I opened the sitting room curtains, and a small shelf was hanging off the wall at a 45 degree angle.

I enjoyed my stay and would definitely book a week stay in a few months.

The location was great so easy to get in town just cross the road.

Didn’t know how to use the cooker. A list with instructions would have been good. But it wasn’t a problem I coped.

Aceptable sin más, para no repetir

El alojamiento está bien ubicado y la decoración es bonita. La cocina está equipada con todo tipo de menaje para cocinar (incluso microondas, que no aparece en las fotos de la cocina) y cubiertos, platos y vasos en cantidad suficiente. Hay café, té y azúcar en la cocina y champú, acondicionador y gel en el baño. También secador de pelo.

El anfitrión no nos facilitó la información sobre cómo recoger las llaves hasta que llegamos al alojamiento y le llamamos. Previamente le habíamos indicado nuestra hora de llegada para que nos diera las indicaciones con antelación. En la conversación no hubo ninguna disculpa ni tampoco se produjo ninguna comunicación posterior para decirnos qué hacer con las llaves al dejar el apartamento. La limpieza correcta en lo básico (sábanas, toallas y sanitarios) pero deficiente en general. En un rincón había tirados cubiertos de un solo uso y en el frigorífico había envases de leche y zumo empezados. No hay lavadora tal y como se indica en la información del alojamiento. Contábamos con utilizarla así que fue un contratiempo para nosotros. La mesa de comedor es demasiado grande para el espacio, imposible de utilizar por cuatro personas. El colchón de la cama está dividido en tres trozos para poder doblarse, lo que no resulta muy cómodo. Demasiado blando para nuestro gusto. La pintura del techo de la ducha está despegándose. Hubiera estado bien tener una toalla de lavabo por persona como aparece en las fotos (había una en el baño para compartir y luego una de ducha para cada uno). También se echa en falta una alfombrilla para salir de la ducha. El ascensor no funcionaba a nuestra llegada ni fue reparado en los tres días que pasamos allí.
