Minerva Boutique Suites

Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania w 100%. Lokalizacja blisko dworca, czystość, wygoda- wszystko na plus. Bardzo dobry kontakt z wynajmującym, proces zameldowania nie sprawiający trudności. Bardzo miło wspominamy nasz pobyt, na pewno wrócimy i polecamy!

The facilities are excellent—everything was modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Denis was incredibly helpful, friendly, and always quick to respond to any questions or requests, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nothing major. The neighborhood can feel a little questionable late at night, but we never had any issues. Once you’re inside the building, it feels very safe and comfortable.

Minerva Boutique Suites was a good stay for us in Rome, about a 10-minute walk from the main Termini train station, and 15 minutes from the Colosseum. The staff communicated with us well in advance. The property was in good condition with some modern touches and a very comfortable bed.

Unfortunately the shower did not have hot water 2 out of the 3 days we stayed at the property. We communicated with the manager about the issue and they suggested a fix which worked on the 2nd day, but the shower did not have any hot water on the 3rd day of our stay.

Massive bed, modern and all the comforts you could want with snacks and treats left out for guests daily. The shutters were great at keeping the sun out for a nice sleep in. The access to the building and rooms were super easy even before getting the key card. The other guests were super kind whenever you crossed paths which was hardly ever. We were able to do a bit of cooking with the portable cooktop and enjoy an essperesso of a morning. The rooms were well lit with a range of lighting options

Not a great location, not many great food places as they seem to be more targeted towards tourists. It's a bit smelly on the street coming and going. The shower head in room 2 did not have the best pressure and seemed to be blocked in areas, it also did not drain too well leaving water everywhere. The automatic light would be set off during the night when one of us got up (which was a bit because we were sick) which is less than ideal lighting up the room when we are trying to sleep. The bed did have a bit of a dip in it in the middle which caused some back pain. It was also a bit of a pain with the paying of the city tax as no one was around to collect.
