very lovely and cozy place. We had a great room, clean, and had everyhing we need. The view was amazing! That's what I needed to escape the city.

Clean , comfortable great hosts ! Nothing was too much trouble. Food was great, recommend the roast and loaded fries.
We loved the whole experience of our stay at Balnoon.

Nice building and close to where we wanted. New owners that have a lot to do to bedrooms. Tea and coffee tray well stocked and bottled water on arrival we wish them well.
The bedrooms were ok but the bathroom needs work of which the owners realise and say they will be done in time..Beds need a mattress protector on as well as the pillows.
