    The hotel and staff were lovely.Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The only downside is parking we struggled a few times to park as there wasn’t enough to accommodate all the guests.

    The hotel was lovely and so were the staff. The breakfast was very good. Parking is a problem has there isn’t enough for all the guests so you have to fight for a space.

    Lovely views, fantastic staff. Not great if you have a pram as lifts are out of the way and don't go to all floors, and all entry/exit has stairs. But otherwise a great stay.

    Nowhere for me to celebrate new year happily as didn’t pay extra for an event ticket !! Couldn’t even use the bar so forced to have my own drinks in my room! Never again
