    Lovely views, fantastic staff. Not great if you have a pram as lifts are out of the way and don't go to all floors, and all entry/exit has stairs. But otherwise a great stay.

    Delicious breakfast included. Staff that went above and beyond. A warm welcome for our dog who was delighted with his welcome treats and dog toy. The ceiling of our room did start leaking during heavy rain at night, which was a bit disconcerting. We were checking out that morning anyway, but it seemed like the staff were on top of the problem

    Could not fault our amazing experience at the Green Bank Hotel. We shared a family room with our teenage daughter. The room was so lovely with a view we all could get enough of. Great room facilities, coffee and tea galore! Lovely complimentary soap and lotions. Lovely decor. The service was exceptional from all the staff. We tried out The Working Boat for dinner. Great views, fab food and wonderful service. Worth booking a table! We will be coming back to stay again and love that we can bring the dog next time!

    Nowhere for me to celebrate new year happily as didn’t pay extra for an event ticket !! Couldn’t even use the bar so forced to have my own drinks in my room! Never again
