    This once grand hotel is very welcoming and the reception and restaurant staff are helpful , friendly and polite. The room was very clean and had good tea making facilities with dressing gowns and slippers provided. The room itself was tired- furniture old and damaged and the corridor carpet was stained. But it had a comfortable bed and great pillows. We took are gog and therefore had to take our meals in the dog lounge which was comfortable but we had to walk down the corridor to get our continental breakfast from the restaurant and walk back to the lounge- tea/coffee and hot breakfast was though take service. We actually enjoyed the exclusivity of breakfast in our own lounge other than the busy restaurant ! Unfortunately we could not use the spa facilities as we had our dog , but they looked great and the prices were very reasonable. We woukd return if we were ever in Falmouth again.

    Upgraded to a sea view room BUT you can only see the sea if you stand on the chair Very dated 4th floor attic room Curtains don’t fit and only one working window that opens only an inch only Complained but was told no other room available but hotel did not seem at all full Much better places around
