    My daughter could not get into her ***/hoseasons chalet,we were let down badly. The malthouse came to the rescue very helpfull staff

    Booked a double room that was advertised as having an "ocean view". The room was barely bigger than a double bed, and the ensuite so small that they had to put the basin in the bedroom. The only window in the room looked out towards a wall with another window. Hardly the "ocean view" it was advertised as having. On the pluss side, the room was very clean. We wouldn't stay here again.

    The rooms was a little on the small side, but not unexpected for an historic building. It was quiet despite overlooking the beer garden. Breakfast was excellent. Parking was limited and hard to locate, but conveniently located. The pub was practically across the street from the entrance to the castle. The mattress was in desperate need of replacing though. I mentioned it on checkout and I hope they do something about it.
