The location is amazing, only a couple of minutes walk away from Nice Ville Train Station. The host was waiting outside to meet us.
We found some signs of cockroaches in the kitchen area but fortunately we were not using the kitchen facilities.

Très bien situé en plein centre, propre et bien rangé dès notre arrivée. Nous avons apprécié la cuisine, la télévision, le lave-linge et même la possibilité de repasser nos vêtements. Un hôte sympathique qui est prêt à aider.
FAITES GAFFE les gens: cet appartement n'a qu'UNE chambre avec un lit double (et un salon avec un canapé-lit), un maximum de trois personnes peuvent y séjourner (voyez les photos).

Lage relativ zentral. Gemüse/Früchtemarkt in der Strasse. Zum Strand wie zum Zentrum benötigt man öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. 2 Zimmer, sehr klein, nur durch Glasschiebetüre abgetrennt. Für Familie okay, sonst nur für 2 Personen zu empfehlen .
Sehr keines Appartement. Andere Mieter im Haus mürrisch. Keine Möglichkeit Fahrräder einzustellen, müssen auf den Balkon genommen werden.
