Very very close to the train station, especially helpful when people need to catch an early train. Washing machine is very helpful as well. The host is very quick to answer our questions. Overall, we enjoy the stay.
The fans are cool enough for us, but if there is a heat wave probably just one AC in the living room is not enough. The shower head can be more tightened. Could be better with shower gel than soaps.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit in dieser Wohnung in Nizza! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – direkt gegenüber vom Bahnhof und trotzdem ruhig. In wenigen Minuten ist man auch bei Supermärkten, kleinen Geschäften und im Stadtzentrum – alles schnell zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet – vor allem die Küche war top. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt, fast ein bisschen wie zuhause.
Besonders hervorheben möchten wir unsere Gastgeberin Sophia: Sie war unglaublich herzlich und hilfsbereit und hat sich extra Zeit genommen, um uns vor der offiziellen Check-in-Zeit in die Wohnung zu lassen. Das war für uns wirklich eine große Hilfe und ein ganz entspannter Start in unseren Aufenthalt.
Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen, wenn wir in Nizza sind – es war rundum angenehm. Ganz klare Empfehlung von Herzen!
Alles war wunderbar.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Nice! The location is perfect — just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around super convenient. The apartment itself had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and it was very clean and well-equipped. The host was kind, responsive, and made check-in easy and stress-free. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Nice!
