Location, staff, parking. Excellent weather too.
Excellent food. Breakfast and dinner. Plenty of shade in the garden. Good choice of alternative local restaurants.
Local beach is within walking distance, approx 1mile on off road path.
Room was quite small and in the roof, so difficult to keep cool in hot weather. Two flights of stairs without a lift, ok for us but others may struggle.

Central location.
Bedroom felt very cramped. Apart from the dining area seating was not comfortable.
Breakfast tables were laid out with minimal cutlery, no salt and pepper, no butter, no sugars or sweeteners. This meant the hard pressed waitress had to keep going to and fro to get these standard items.

Good location for the coastal path walk, very friendly and accommodating front of house staff, good food and nice outdoor garden area. Very good breakfast
Grubby walls, carpet and bathroom. Poorly lit room and cold as the weather was inclement. Hence marked regarding value for money.
