The breakfast was spot on, It was lovely and peaceful and I would book again.
The coffee , I would of liked a choice of instant coffee and pods. That's the only thing.

A lovely house in a very quiet spot and surrounded by gardens. The bedroom was modern with a large shower and spotlessly clean. The staff were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious and obviously made from local produce.

Beautiful hotel set in stunning grounds, perfectly located in the heart of Blakeney. Staff exceptional, breakfast outstanding and the restaurant is superb. Wished we could have stayed longer.

The common areas of the property, grounds and location were excellent, great breakfast, staff very pleasant and they can make a great Martini
The room was disappointing. My expectation, was a double bedroom with en-suite. The room we were given was a twin with beds pushed together and a built in toilet and shower cabinet, it stank of over used air freshener, irritating my breathing and was positioned at the rear exit door of the building with a half cut off window at eye level, giving zero privacy from passing footfall. The room was appointed with cheap furnishings and generally had a budget hotel feel to it.
