Great location. Cottage well planned out and good use of a very small space. Was great to have an enclosed courtyard for the dog and somewhere to sit and eat outside. Helpful guide to Blakeney & North Norfolk provided and appreciated the welcome box of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits.

Had a nightmare getting into the property as no key in the key box on arrival and took an hour for management team to realise there was another key box hidden elsewhere! Meanwhile, we had a food delivery which had to sit out in the heat, half of which we had to dispose of. The WiFi would not sign in the whole week and there was no telephone reception when in the cottage. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired sadly which again was highlighted at the beginning of our stay in the hope a cleaner would be sent out but despite emailing 3x at the start of the week we are still awaiting a response back about this and the missing key was not replaced so only had 1 all week! Also, not quite as described on booking.com as the second bedroom adjoins the main bedroom so if an adult is staying there, it's a rather communal affair as to use the bathroom, have to shimmy past those sleeping in the double bed!!!However, overall, we did enjoy our stay.
