Sameer, the manager, took great care of us. Breakfast was more you can eat (for us) and when you asked for "not spicey", that's what you got :) Whatever need you have, be it transportation or seeing some unique local areas, ask Sameer, he knows what to do.
Not much. We were aware of the fact that our room has no warm water. No much of an issue with the all the heat in general; you won't need hot water. If you are relying on access to the Internet, you won't get it since there's no such facility. As a foreigner, grab a 14/30 day (e)SIM and you're good. You get plenty of data volume and the cell phone network works pretty well.

perfect location. You can see the lake well and beautiful nature. the food was delicious and the staff was very friendly and kind.
