Good location near to St Erth , Hayl and St Ives. Small and compact house with enough room for a small family. Pleasant enough park and staff. Gilbert’s and Birdies are fantastic places for breakfast, evening beach vibes and all day hang outs locally.
Unclean, mould all over bathroom ceiling and shower which we cleaned on arrival - just generally uncared for property. Painting of property really poor and slapdashed / unfinished in all areas - poor diy job . just in need of updating by a professional decorator and cleaner / tradesperson - sealing and silicone everywhere needs completing professionally.
