About this house rental
Experience Oak Harbor in this 2-bedroom barndominium. Just a short drive to many marinas, Magee Marsh, Ottawa County Wildlife Refuge and Port Clinton restaurants and shops. Property features open floor plan with connected full kitchen, eating area and living room. Bedrooms each contain 2 sets of furniture grade double bunkbeds (8 full size beds) with 12" memory foam mattresses. Each bunk has a full staircase to enter the top bunks. Adults can sleep comfortably. The bathrooms each include a 72" fiberglass shower, vanity and toilet.
The 30x60 barn is insulated and heated with excellent LED lighting, abundant power outlets and 16ft walls with 2 14x12ft overhead doors and a mounted 85" Smart TV. Additional amenities include a stackable front load washing machine and dryer, WiFi, AC (in the living area), slop sink, chest freezer and heating.
The property sits on a 1/2 acre lot and has a gravel area that accommodates ample parking outside. The barn is set up to accommodate 2 rigs for vehicle, boat and trailer up to 60 ft in length (ideal for rigging prior to fishing/hunting trip). The property is also equipped with a grill/flat top combo, outdoor concrete patio, hose reel, 2 picnic tables and access to an open 1 acre lot across the street for use as well.
