This property has a beautiful Setting on the Shores of Lake Erie. It has beautiful enclosed back porch. Is plenty of spacious room for relaxation inside or out. you have your own private beach two houses away. Do you also have any room for a campfire or a nice cookout in the backyard. I prefer to sleep on the front porch and listen to the waves. Ther are always clean sheets, and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you need. You will like the shade From the big maple tree.

Location to beach was amazing to be able to walk 30sec and already sitting on the beach. The house was nothing special, very hot even with fans and window units on, but did the job.

Great place, master br didn’t have air conditioning. Lots of fans and open doors. We were a little disappointed that we couldn’t use the back area as a bedroom like it promised because it was way too hot, even with fans. We really enjoyed everything else, especially the beach access.

It was a cute cabin with lake access. Ted was extremely helpful because it hadn't been cleaned before our arrival and the cleaners arrived about five minutes after we contacted him. We were there for one night but we would go back again.

Ted the host is really good at communicating.Very convenient to Magee Marsh.There is a view of the lake across the street and a pleasant surprise was watching the sunrise over the lake. Another reviewer put it well - not big, not fancy, but comfortable.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July. This house was about a 15 min drive from port Clinton where we went to the beach a few times. The house was clean with lots of clean towels and linens. Neighbors were friendly. We enjoyed the fire pit in the back yard in the evenings. We really loved that you could see the lake at the end of the lane too!

Dirty fridge, freezer,stove (top & bottom. Fridge seals were moldy. Broken wall clock. No spare bulbs (missing in full bedroom side table lamp). Broken glass shade in laundry area. White chair in kitchen area is broken. Filthy blades and vents on portable fans.No hot water kettle. No facial tissues. Dirty lighted makeup mirror in bathroom under sink. Items in kitchen drawers/cabinets were in disarray. All towels, beds, bed linens were very clean. The bathroom toilet, sink and tub/shower were clean. Not a terrible place, but could be cleaned up a bit. Floors were clean but trim was a bit dirty. a brighter fresh coat of paint would be good for the kitchen cabinets.

My husband and I made the trip from Northern KY and had a wonderful time! The house was the perfect place and price for a much needed trip away! We went to see Port Clinton and Marblehead for pictures, experiences and wonderful lake time! Would love to bring family and friends next time for a longer stay!!

My friend and I were looking for a dog friendly place that would be close enough to swim out dogs in Lake Erie on our way home from the Golden Retriever National. This cottage was exactly what we were looking for. Very dog friendly and well equiped. The dogs had a great swim, we were able to hose them off outside when we were done. We ordered pizza from the Wild Wings restaurant 5 minutes away. All in all a great stay with everything we were looking for.
