Cozy Cottage, in the private resort community of Sand Beach, on Lake Erie. The perfect place for relaxing family vacations, summer fun and Lake Erie fishing trips. This Cottage has a large family room with queen sleeper sofa, a big screen TV with digital television and live streaming, DVD, Playstation II with games, karaoke, and a stereo Home Theater system for your enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen, is ready for home cooked meals. The large 3 season room offers the perfect place to enjoy meals, play games, watch TV or just relax, while enjoying the wonderful views and the fresh lake breeze! The master bedroom has a queen size captains bed and the second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed and 1 bath. A 'pack 'n' play' bassinet is provided. The bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku's with Hulu and Hulu Live. All linens and towels are provided.
Outside, enjoy our large front and backyard! The perfect place to relax in the sun on our recliners, enjoy meals at the picnic table or play outside games like ladder golf and corn hole, while enjoying beautiful Lake Erie views! Easy access to the beaches offered in Sand Beach, with the closest beach just 20 steps away! Cook out on our BBQ grill in the privacy of your own back yard and enjoy the outdoor fire pit as a nighttime gathering place to visit and roast marshmallows. A private fenced-in playground is just a few steps away. The children will love the swings, slides, basketball court, monkeybars and more!

The cottage is located in a very nice private neighborhood. Pictures from the listing are spot on. CLEAN and well appointed!!! Access was easy with a coded entry. There were simple instructions for Wi-Fi & TVs. We enjoyed the enclosed porch which had ample glider seating, TV, pinball and arcade machines. There was also a small refrig w/freezer, games, toy chest. The porch leads to a back yard with a large shade tree and plenty of seating. Shower pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water. Bottom of one bunk was double bed size. Host was very responsive. We highly recommend this cottage and would stay again.

My family and I stayed here while birding for a few days at Magee Marsh and Ottawa National Nature Preserve. It was a very convenient location for both of those places. The house is small, but laid out nicely and there was plenty of room for the 7 of us because of the bunk room which was great! We really liked the sunroom in the back as well!

Lovely little house that held our family of tweens, kids, and adults. Clean little kitchen, nice bathroom, exceptional lanai/screened porch for bug free breeze!
House is part of a series of hones owned by a single owner who is very responsive.
Private street is quiet and safe for kids. Coffeeshops, restaurants, and tourist entertainment was farther than expected (20+ minutes) but Magee Marsh park had excellent beaches (5 min drive). We enjoyed our time, and laughed about the cooling tower in the background of our photos! (For those unaware, Davis-Besse nuclear power station is 5 min away)

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was the best we could have hoped for! The beds and linen were very comfortable. Supplies were MORE than adequate -- more generous than almost any place we've stayed. We were surprised and pleased at how great it was for the 14-mo-old with us...from the trunk full of toys, to the spacious and airy enclosed porch to play in, and the little "bathtub" to use with the shower. The nearby access to the Lake was a plus!We are birders, and this location was ideal for us. Stacy, our host, was extremely responsive, gracious, and helpful. Neighbors we talked with were friendly, too. We would have stayed longer if we could have!This felt like a real getaway, barely more than an hour away from home.
