Cozy Cottage, in the private resort community of Sand Beach, on Lake Erie. The perfect place for relaxing family vacations, summer fun and Lake Erie fishing trips. This Cottage has a large family room with queen sleeper sofa, a big screen TV with digital television and live streaming, DVD, Playstation II with games, karaoke, and a stereo Home Theater system for your enjoyment. A fully equipped kitchen, is ready for home cooked meals. The large 3 season room offers the perfect place to enjoy meals, play games, watch TV or just relax, while enjoying the wonderful views and the fresh lake breeze! The master bedroom has a queen size captains bed and the second bedroom offers a twin over full bunk bed and a twin over twin bunk bed and 1 bath. A 'pack 'n' play' bassinet is provided. The bedrooms have flat screen TV's with Roku's with Hulu and Hulu Live. All linens and towels are provided.
Outside, enjoy our large front and backyard! The perfect place to relax in the sun on our recliners, enjoy meals at the picnic table or play outside games like ladder golf and corn hole, while enjoying beautiful Lake Erie views! Easy access to the beaches offered in Sand Beach, with the closest beach just 20 steps away! Cook out on our BBQ grill in the privacy of your own back yard and enjoy the outdoor fire pit as a nighttime gathering place to visit and roast marshmallows.
