Convenient but really dirty

The reception ladies were really kind and were able to help/organize things

This place needs a proper cleaning. There are squashed bugs on the walls everywhere, bed sheets had stains all over, hair from various guests everywhere… ok for the price but really please clean this place

Basic Hotel Great location

Great location in south Antwerp. one of the cheapest option on Tomorowland weekend

Very small room. Basic comfort. I did not like to leave the keys when leaving, and take it back when coming back. You never feel homey. The elevator was slow to come too so you end up walking stairs with your suitcase.

Fantastic place in a fantastic location

The location was fantastic . Beautiful part of Antwerp close to lovely cafes and restaurants . Easy access to tram to take you into the historic centre.

It is fantastic value but a couple of things would make it better. Large towels, only hand towels. We were both over 6feet ! Bedside maps so one person can read if the other doesn’t want to. Also if possible comfortable chairs so you don’t have to sit on bed.

A wonderful old-school hotel with modern fittings, very clean.

Spent several nights in a lovely and well-designed room. Bathroom was very nice. Spacious closet for clothes. Bed was comfortable. I loved the small lift. Though there were no facilities or breakfast, it's right across the street from the stunning KMSKA art museum and there are plentiful neighbourhood options. It's away from the main touristy areas so felt more relaxed. Wonderful staff who provided a coffee each morning.

The hotel was veeeery dirty. My bed sheets looked like they haven't been washed since weeks., win the bathroom it was plenty of hair, additionally it was a lot of dust, not just under the bed but everywhere basically. The staff was rude and you had to give back the key every time you left the hotel - just ridiculous = zero privacy.

The hotel is in an excellent location with beautiful views.

The view from the room is excellent. And it cannot have a better location! The city centre, the hafen and the central station are all within walking distance. There's even good restaurants nearby. My friend and I loved it!

The room and the bathroom were very dirty. There was a broken window so we could not open it. This was a real problem because when we arrived there was an unbearable smell and we could not ventilate the room. Also the towels were very dirty, we found some hair attacked to them and many dirt stains. The cleaning staff was very inaccurate, they don't really clean the room. We also had a big personal problem and the staff could have helped us, but they didn't.

Great for one-night stay

Great room. spacious, comfortable beds, everything was clean, the TV was working properly. In the morning the stuff offered us a cup of coffee. The reception was working 24/7.

To enter the hotel you have to call the receptionist which was a bit unusual.

The staff was very friendly, rooms were clean and decent and location was amazing. Free coffee in the morning was nice.

it was a bit cold and moist in the rooms, but I knew to expect that since it’s often the case in the apartments in Belgium. We mentioned about it when we were leaving and the staff said they can increase the heating from the reception.

The receptionist & staff were super friendly, helpful & engaging. The staffs also helped us to warm the food late in the night after returning from Tomorrowland. Public transport were easy to reach. The hotel even offered transportation to & from Tomorrowland There were a lot of good restaurants close by to the hotel.

it didn’t have AC or the grating on the windows so at night we either died from how hot it was in room or from the bites from mosquitoes. also the pictures didn’t show that the sink would be right next to bed and not in the bathroom!

It's a very nice play to stay.

The bathroom was very nice. Good smart TV. Coffee/ tea in the morning :)) Location is great.

Not enough sockets in the room. Only 2 sockets, 1 was used for ventilator, and we (2 people) both had phones for charging.

Not a fancy stay, but comfotable enough

We were in Antwerp for 2 nights and this place served its purpose quite well. Central enough to get to the train station for tomorrowland, and not too far from the rest of the city's central area (if using puiblic transport). The staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped my husband make an international call to his bank when he was having issues with an account. The room was clean, quiet, and well kept. A bit stange that guests can't keep hotel keys with them, but there is always someone at reception to let you in, so that didn't bother us.

There were a few things that were strange. For example, the soap came as a gel in little plastic sachets, and the bathroom shower head was set up in the middle of the bathtub which made showering a bit awkward ( but the water from the shower didnt spill outside). The pillows were really uncomfortable budget pillows and decorations were a bit lacking for a place called beaux arts.
