unbelievable insolence

Our bags and personal belongings were stolen while we were out, and our key cards no longer worked. The rooms were rented out again, but we still had to pay for the entire stay.

Short weekend in Ardennes

the location is very good to good restaurant and nice places of Ardennes and opposite the supermarket. Good breakfast, enough choices. good size of room, good internet, enough space for parking

Every restaurant was full or closed. Only food was Chez Jess's. Was refused to eat the food in the restaurant. Had to eat it outside in the courtyard. Bad hospitality.det

Overnight stop driving an EV between Yorkshire and Austria

Prefect location for an overnight stop driving from Yorkshire to Austria. We chose the hotel because it had EV Charging Points (2 x Type 2 chargers, run by Mobility+, which we paid for via a ChargeMap RFID card). Excellent quality and choice for breakfast

The bathroom had a motion-sensitive light that I couldn't work out to turn off. Maybe I'm weird, but I prefer to find my way around in the dark

Clean, nice room and bathroom, great breakfast and lots of parking. We've stayed here at least 5 times as part of road trip down to Austria and Italy. It's perfect for what we need plus Cafe Louise opposite has always been a great place to have dinner and drinks.

Nice hotel but fire escape needs looking at.

Breakfast was really good, room was clean and comfortable and staff were always obliging. Hotel was quite modern and had a great dining area for breakfast.

The fire escape was not up to a reasonable standard! As an ex-Fire Officer, I could probably use the vertical escape ladder but as I am now 70 years old not for much longer. My wife however would have not been able to use this to escape ladder at all and I was on the top floor. There was no meals available apart from breakfast, which was inconvenient and would have made our stay more enjoyable but I know that the Covid pandemic has hit all countries and affected the hospitality trade.
