Super setting, comfy room, average service

The room was very spacious and comfortable, with lovely views of the surrounding countryside from the balcony. I loved the suggested hikes that could be accessed by an app. Breakfast was nice, but I suspect it would have been nicer during the high season when there is a buffet.

The staff were friendly but also a little unresponsive or uninterested. They seemed a bit fed up. It would have been awesome to have a sauna. The rustic decor was a bit overdone. We twice ate dinner at the restaurant and it was okay, but not very impressive.

What a beautiful surprise! Decorated with a Scandinavian twist combined with very unique touches with local items. From the fresh Holliday diffuser to the pristine rooms, the lot took me by surprise and made me travel through time and space. Spacious room and bathroom, locally cute balcony over a lake, surrounded by nature and magic forest. The bar was a win win, meeting friends near the open fire, so cosy! A lovely getaway unfortunately too short. I’d have loved renting an E-bike or walk through the wood that crispy morning within some left over snow! I’ll be back, for sure!

Nice placed, decor was great, and very comfy to stay in. Great for walks and also the terrace view was good Takeaway food from restaurant waa good. 7/10 from me.

No Table on the terrace. Just chairs. Seems odd why there is no tables.

We loved the property and wish we could have stayed longer. Reception staff in particular were very friendly and fantast

Beautiful property and room. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The indoor kids area was perfect for our toddler.

A stair gate would have been great for our daughter (I’m not sure if this was available).

The hotel is situated in a picturesque and charming area, offering an ideal setting for a relaxing getaway. Our stay was truly joyful, with the chance to hike and explore the beautiful surroundings. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist whenever needed, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The interior decor of the hotel is tasteful and elegant, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the rooms are quiet, well-appointed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.

While the quality of the breakfast was commendable, offering fresh and well-prepared dishes, the selection left something to be desired. The range of options was quite limited, with only a few choices available. Guests who enjoy a more diverse breakfast spread might find themselves wishing for a bit more variety in the offerings.

Superbes chambres dans cadre magnifique

Cadre magnifique : grand domaine avec un lac. Hôtel luxueux avec chambre quadruple au top : 1 lavabo avec miroir en + des 2 lits simples de la mezzanine, superbe salle de bain avec grande douche à l'italienne et WC séparés en + du lit double en bas. 2 petites bouteilles d'eau dans la chambre.

Dommage d'avoir une machine à café dans la chambre mais PAS les capsules nécessaires. Dommage que le bar ne soit pas ouvert s'il n'y a pas suffisamment de monde (pourtant c'étaient les vacances scolaires belges)...

Découverte d'un très bel endroit et un beau séjour.

Très bel endroit, situé au calme au bord d'un étang, en pleine nature. Chambre décorée dans un style nature avec beaucoup de goût. Installations confortables. Terrasse attenant à la chambre.Petit déjeûner varié. Personnel sympa et cordial. Une petite boutique bien achalandée apporte un "plus".

Rien de spécial, si ce n'est que la route qui mène à l'endroit est en très mauvais état ( mais celà n'est pas la faute de l'établissement).

Cadre magnifique pour un séjour dépaysant

Le design et l'architecture moderne qui se fond parfaitement dans le décor, la vue sur le lac, l'accueil très aimable, à l'écoute et serviable, l'espace de la chambre quadruple, le confort des literies, les attentions (ferrero rochers, café, thé, eau). Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour dans ce cadre magnifique.

Gros bémol niveau propreté, le nettoyage était plutôt bâclé .. il y avait des peluches sous la table de nuit, des cheveux dans la douche et encore d'énormes traces de doigt sur les vitres. Dommage pour un hôtel de ce standing (et de ce prix). Mais ça mis de côté, c'était vraiment top.

Le cadre exceptionnel, la taille et la déco de la chambre, la terrasse avec vue sur le plan d’eau et la forêt, le personnel très chaleureux.

Après beaucoup de réflexion, le seul point un peu négatif que l’on a pu trouver est l’odeur du parfum d’ambiance, un peu trop forte, notamment dans les couloirs.

Magnifique chambre et lieu très apaisant

La chambre était très chaleureuse : spacieuse, vraiment bien décorée et dans le détail, très soignée avec beaucoup de goût (ce qui n'est pas souvent le cas) y compris la salle de bain, la terrasse. La terrasse en bois vue sur la nature est superbe également. L'environnement extérieur est également très beau.

Le seul bémol est le restaurant. Il y fait très froid. Et malgré les jolies tables, cela manque de chaleur (chaises trop basiques, ambiance crue et qui raisonne fort). De plus le carrelage à l'entrée est froid et peu accueillant. Au niveau du repas, c'était bon mais pas assez cuit pour les légumes et trop dur pour la viande. Bon petit-déjeuner mis à part les œufs brouillés qui sont froids et il manque des fruits. Pour le reste de l'hôtel tout était très bien et beau.

Vriendelijk personeel, mooie locatie en mooie kamer.

Het restaurant was jammer genoeg al volzet waardoor we savonds nog opzoek moesten naar een ander restaurant. Dus ook tijdig reserveren om dit te voorkomen. Het ontbijt was heel lekker, maar wij vonden het wat duur voor wat het was.

We sliepen in het hotel. Super accommodatie. Heel gezellige kamers. Net sanitair en fantastische douche. Goede wifi op de kamer. Goede parkeermogelijkheid vlakbij de ingang. Een fijne ervaring.

In het restaurant vond iedereen het te koud. Er was een koude trek aan de tafel, waardoor iedereen het wat te koud vond. De voorgerechten waren bij iedereen onvoldoende warm. Dat was een tegenvaller.

Weekendje ontspannen weg.

Alles is vrij nieuw, dus dat is altijd leuk en de inrichting is sober maar stijlvol. De omgeving is goed aangelegd.

Door een fout bij collega's onderling werden we voor de gehele ontbijtzaal beschuldigd foute leeftijden te hebben doorgegeven en daardoor een pak te weinig hadden betaald. Nadien bleek dit een fout van een zaalmedewerker en bood de receptioniste wel haar verontschuldigingen aan, maar een publieke vernedering is nooit fijn of recht te zetten. Ontbijt is te duur voor wat het is.

Hôtel charmant et très propre, avec tout le confort. Notre chambre était spacieuse et idéale pour faire dormir notre enfant dans la chambre en mezzanine. Le déjeuner est copieux et varié. Il y a une plaine de jeu intérieure très chouette pour les enfants.

Cet établissement mérite d’être connu!

Le calme et la propreté de l’établissement. Parking en face de la réception de l’hôtel. L’attention particulière d’avoir été en mesure nous installer (2 couverts)au restaurant afin de nous sustenter alors que ce dernier était complet. Mes compliments au chef de cuisine et à toute l’équipe!

Très agréable dans l'ensemble même si des points d'amélioration peuvent être suivis.

Le calme, la situation et le cadre de l'établissement. Il y règne une atmosphère très plaisante. Les facilités prévues, la courtoisie et la serviabilité du personnel. La nourriture et le service étaient bons.

Le rapport qualité / prix du petit déjeuner. L'entretien des vélos à la location, les dérailleurs craquent et les vélos ne semblent pas entretenus à ce niveau. Vu le prix de la location, c'est dommage. On pourrait mieux profiter de cette activité. Le prix et le temps accordé à la prolongation de la location de la chambre peut-être amélioré. La possibilité de pouvoir encore se doucher dans l'établissement après une balade en vélo même si la chambre a été remise.

De casting van de telefoon naar de TV werkt niet ( kamer 5 ) WIFI code is zichtbaar op het scherm ( zoals in het boekje staat ), maar dit is niet het geval

Avondeten & eten duurden heel lang allemaal, jong personeel die er weinig gevoel voor leek te hebben dus meermaals dezelfde vraag moeten stellen waar iets bleef
