Cozy traveller's inn

The host was super friendly. The breakfast was amazing, all home made and/or home grown. The rooms were very spacious. And the whole place gave us a vibe of a cozy homey inn. Great for a traveller's stop.

Beds were too hard to our liking, but we like soft beds.

Wonderful place, great staff

Verr nice and quiet location. Staff very freindly. Speaks english and dutch. The place has the charm of an old little farm, yet has all the comfort. Breakfast was excellent, great location with a view over the fields with the animals. Breakfast usually between 8 and 9, but they made an exception for me because I had to leave earlier to participate in a trail run in Bouillon.

We had to leave too soon to enjoy the place a little more.

Superb hosts and accommodation was immaculately clean and spacious, with delicious breakfast in the morning. Kids loved the friendly dogs and sheep. Highly recommended for a stopover at Bouillon.

Fantastic hosts with a clean room and comfortable bed. One of the main highlights of the village are the nearby hiking trails, with good weather you can come across some quite beautiful views. The local church is the starting point for three nearby trails which are clearly indicated along their route and all end back in Dohan. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore this part of the Ardennes!

Cosy and modern room in an old building

The room was fully renovated and had a very good shower, yet cosy and furnished with beautiful old items. A fridge and a kettle in the room was definetely a perfect idea from the owner. Communication with owners was fluent.

The village itself was quiet and that was what we were looking for, but if you're looking for busy restaurants and band playing in the evening, this is not the place.

The location was perfect for a peaceful get away. Our dog was very welcomed and had a great time running around in the lawns. Our daughter also had a great time playing there. The breakfast was excellent with home made jams and fresh home baked bread. The owners were very friendly. We would surely visit again.

just perfect. amazingly warm and hospitable couple (and three cute dogs). breakfast was varied, with a lot of self-made and homegrown products - the host makes her own bread, confiture,… we happily learned some new recipes we want to try out ourselves at home. a nice and calm location, ideal to find some calmness in the Ardens and go for a long hike in the woods along the river. we will definitely return!

Perfectly Peaceful

Our friendly host greeted us and showed us to our spacious room with explanations of house guidelines. We had a minibar which contained drinks for purchase while coffee and tea are free. The room is new and modern including a nice super clean bathroom. We were able to adjust the heating to our comfort and view Netflix on the TV. Our beds and pillows were just right to support us onward quietly to Dreamland. Breakfast was from 8-9 and is served in a glass sunroom overlooking a peaceful pasture containing the owners sheep and chickens. We were offered a fresh fruit combination, yogurt with granola and maple syrup, a nice selection of meats, cheeses and breads. We felt restored and ready to explore this beautiful part of Belgium. We appreciated our hosts and the stay at B&B Courtil.

Friendly and comfortable B&B outside of crowded Bouillon. Highly recommended.

We are 2 friends on two motorcycles on a camping trip in Germany/Luxembourg/Belgium. While we arrived in Bouillon, it rained heavenly so we decided to look for a Bed & Breakfast out of the city center of Bouillon. We were surprised by a warm welcome of Armin and his wife, a great room with comfortable beds, heating, hot shower, Netflix and coffee/tea. Furthermore we could park our motorcycles in their great garden and there was a small restaurant next door (2 minutes walking). All great. Also breakfast at the B&B next morning was very good (and included)

In general everything was great. The only little thing I can think off is that the wifi was not that great, which was no issue as we used our phone/data without it.

Our stay was memorable.

We booked two rooms each with a private bathroom. They were very spacious and comfortable and of course clean. Shared places and the garden were sparkling clean as well. We asked rooms to be close to each other and they were. The parking lot was available upon our request. The breakfast was really fulfilling. The area is stunning and it is possible to do wonderful hicks or just enjoy the calmness. The only issue is that you need a car to get there. Chris is a lovely lady and I just can recommend her accommodation.

Amazing couple that run the B&B. Very friendly and helpful. Excellent comfortable room with a huge terrace by the door. Plenty of seating available around the garden. 3 lovely friendly dog's. Excellent fresh breakfast each morning. Also a fridge in the room with drinks if required, prices very reasonable.. We will be back.

Amazing bed and breakfast!

The host was great and friendly, amazing breakfast, very nice rooms and it has a big garden with tables and a little playground for kids. It is located in a very small and quiet town, but only 10 min away from Bouillon. I would come back for sure!

The only thing I can say here would be the shower, but only if I am being picky because it is a great bed and breakfast.

Zeer geslaagd.

Zeer rustig gelegen. Vriendelijke uitbaters. Verzorgd en gevarieerd ontbijt; men kan steeds bij vragen. De uitbater bracht ook steeds een geschiedkundig verhaaltje. De bedden zijn uitstekend.

De koffie bij ontbijt had voor ons wat sterker gemogen.

Un bel endroit pour un séjour en famille pour découvrir la région.

Situé à Dohan à 2 pas de Bouillon. C est un chouette départ de promenade le long de la semois. Il y a un bistrot restaurant tout près. La chambre familiale pour 4 à tout le confort nécessaire. Le petit déjeuner dans la véranda propose une belle vue sur le jardin et une partie du village. Le petit-déjeuner était très bien et bon.
