Good location but very dissapointing stay

Good location

This hotel was something special: - We have been charged an insurance fee though person at the reception was not able to explain what it is for. Non of the previous hotels we stayed in Montenegro had this charge applied. I am aware of the city tourist tax but this is was additional charge. In our enquiry receptionist advised that we can look to stay somewhere else if we are not happy with - amazing hospitality gesture at 11pm at night. - We also been charged for the breakfast though no information was given on check - basically find out yourselves. We needed to check in at the Eden hotel which is the part of the same group and they are next door to each other. - There was a very bad smell coming from the wastage pipe in the bathroom. We bought the air freshener but it was little help. Even we tried to keep the bathroom doors closed the smell in the room was not pleasant. - We had a room with the small kitchenette but there was no kettle or cups to make a cup of coffee in the morning. Thought were was plates, glasses, pot etc. - TV controller did not have any batteries so we used the batteries from air conditioner controller. We then find out that TV shows only in Turkish and no any other channels were available. - The curtains in the room were so thin that the street light at night or morning light would keep the room light. This is the first time to stay in the room without black out curtains or blinds. I am suffering from migraines and was very challenging and unpleasant stay. - One more surprise in the fridge freezer - some of the previous guests left some meat. Who knows how long it was there before we found it. It raised me some concerns if anyone inspects the room to ensure that all is in working order before it is given to the customer?

1. Parking facilities: Took money for 2 days parking, but suddenly provide only for 1 day; 2. Room arrangements: there were no plates, forks, spoons, etc. 3. Laundry service: staff on reception don't know price about Laundry service (5-10€ for 1 load) not clear explanation

Not safe elevator too small , dirty room and smell from the loundry room all over the corridor...tv doesnt work and the key got stuck in the lock every time when we open the door....There was food left in the refrigerator for several days....😬 There was no HOT WATER 😡

Sve u svemu bilo nam je OK, za ovako kratak period. Da je trajalo duze ,mozda bi bilo vise zamerki.

Dorucak je odlican,i raznovrstan. Preporuka moja je da ga svi uplate sa aranzmanom.Lokacija od centra je ok, relativno blizu starog grada 10-15min. Osoblje iz restorana i sa recepcije su jako ljubazni i nasmejani. Sobzirom da su Turci gazde to je i za ocekivati od njih. Za sve njih cista 10-ka.

Kad je dorucak fali im onaj clasicni aparat za one razlicite kafe iz masine. Imaju samo americku kafu, sto kod nas evropljana i nije bas omiljena. Ni ova iz aparata nije bas kao iz kafica ali je svakako bolja od ove jednolicne iz bokala. ima bar vise opcija. Samo mesto hotela je malo bucnije , radi ulice gde se nalazi. od ranog jutra do kasnih vecernjih sati zuje automobili ,motori,kamioncici itd.... Oni vas rano ujutru bude , a uvece ne daju da tek tako lagano zaspite. TV signala nije bilo u sobi. Zavese i draperije polu zakacene. U App skoro da nema nista od sudja i servisa. Bila su 2 tanjira ,2 noza i jedna kasika, 3 case. Frizidercic hladi samo onaj malecki deo sto zamrzava. Steta hotel sa 4*, sa lepim namestajem , a sa dosta sitnica koje nisu ok, koje se vrlo lako odklanjaju.Mozda ih i odklone u nekom narednom periodu.

La literie , le petit déjeuner correct, le personnel très gentil

Manque de serviettes et problème de ménage à plusieures reprises. Beaucoup de bruit pendant toutes les nuits fait par de jeunes qui logeaient à l hôtel. Nous l avons signalé mais rien a été fait. Cris, claquages de portes, discussion,... le manque de réception sur place permet ces atitudes.

Zaista loše iskustvo jer sam sina slala a zamislite kakav je bio osećaj kada je on na putu za Budvu a meni oni šalju por

Mnogo su drski i bezobrazni! Usred noći u pola 12 su otkazali smeštaj prvo 4 dana a posle u pola 2 noću celu rezervaciju! Vlasnici su turci pa teško i razumeju srpski. Sreća na kraju da je bila naša devojka koja je uspela da reši problem koji je kao bio zbog neispravnosti klime u sobi. Ali to nije opravdanje da usted noći tek tako otkažu smeštaj. Boravak od 7 dana samo su 2 puta očistli sobu, a od ta dva puta zadnji put su i peškire uzeli i nisu ostavili nove.
