Lieliska vieta, ļoti atsaucīgs saimnieks. Nav tālu līdz veiklam,restorāniņiem, pludmale salīdzinoši netālu, mums gan labāk patika mazliet tālākā Mogren pludmale, arī uz to var aiziet kājām. Dzīvoklī nedzird ielas trokšņus. Ir viss nepieciešamais sadzīves vajadzībām.
