Modern, warm, great shower, free parking, good wi-fi, close to the center

Bogdan was a very good host, always available and helpful. The room has air-condition that can warm up the appartment and is quiet when working so you can sleep when it is on without problem. Very nice, stylish and modern appartment with a nice view over the Budva hills. Parking was for free, it is very uphill but it works even with a van. I just missed hangers in the bathroom. The shower is very good and is always with hot water available (no boiler), good water preasure. Ambient lighting in the apartment, electrical shades on windows. Close to the old town on foot, 10-15min. of walk when u take the stairs down. Thank you Bogdan for a pleasant stay!

Not a good smelling apartament

The apartment has a lot of potential, it is quite close to the center and beaches, be careful you have some stairs. The bedrooms are very dark and you can sleep very well. Each room has AC. Bogdan is responsive and helpful.

The smell in the bathroom is very, very bad, basically we were inhaling mold and sewage. Couldn’t close properly the bathroom door and the lock didn’t work. The kitchenware was dirty and lacking. Overall the apartment was not properly cleaned before our stay. (we even found other ppl staff in the wardrobes). Parking was not sufficient for the people staying in the apartments - we found our car blocked. The apartment has potential but someone has tot take more care of it.

Uncomfortable and trashy

Host was there within 10 minutes of us arriving to give us keys and let us inside

Host messaged me on Whatsapp after midnight the night before our arrival to ask about our arrival time, incredibly unprofessional. He had us park our car in a spot that later got blocked in by other guests and we resorted to calling the police and knocking on other tenants’ doors to get the car moved. There was also black mold in the shower and the entire apartment smelled like sewage

Had parking included. Had a small kiosk nearby.

We had several complaints on our two apartments. The host first tried to talk us into cancelling the booking on booking.com so we could save a few euros, luckily we did not accept this. Firstly the bathrooms and the kitchen trash smelled like sewage. In addition the bathroom window had no curtains so the next door neighbors could see directly in to our shower and toilet from their balcony. One of the apartments had bright LED lights shining in from the door, without any possibility of turning them off leading to a night of bad sleep. The added photo is with blinds down and lights off except the one outside that could not be turned off. The floors were dirty, and the extra bed we ordered was not set up so we had to do so ourselves. The extra bed was horrible to sleep in.

Property was great, super clean and modern. We dealt with Bogdan, he was very accommodating and easy to communicate with for any problems we had. Location is good, just a short uphill walk out of town so fine if you’re healthy and fit

We had a great stay here for a week in Budva. It was a good location (if you don’t mind an incline) and one of the few places we found with dedicated parking. We also really enjoyed the terrace. Bogdan was a great host with good communication.

Останавливались в апартаментах на целый месяц и остались очень довольны. Апартаменты расположены близко к старому городу, морю, центру города, на возвышении, но для нас это было огромным плюсом — вид из окна на весь город был непередаваемо красивым (особенно ночью). Дом чистый, комфортный, оснащен современной техникой. Особенно хочется отметить владельца Богдана, который всегда был на связи и помогал со всеми вопросами. Остались очень довольны и с радостью остановимся здесь еще

Человек-метеор, человек - достану все быстро и принесу - это Богдан. Самый лучший распорядитель гостиницы. По любому вопросу можно было к нему обратиться. Очень быстро и профессионально был решен вопрос по курортному сбору. Желаем повышения зарплаты Богдану. Приедем ещё.

Расположение - высоковато. Ходить по ступенькам вверх утомляет. Но в этом есть и плюсы - шикарный вид на город и горы плюс фитнесс. Будем честны - в Будве вид на море отобрали несколько новых огромных отелей бизнес-класса.

Ωραία θέα κοντά στην παλιά πόλη.

Καινούργια κατασκευή. Πολύ ωραία θέα. Μεγάλο και αναπαυτικό κρεββάτι. Κοντά στην παλιά πόλη (με ανηφορικές - κατηφορικές διαδρομές). Καλή σχέση τιμής απόδοσης.

Δεν υπήρχε δυνατότητα πρωινού (είχε μόνο ένα βραστήρα). Στην τουαλέτα δεν υπήρχε κάδος για τα χαρτιά. Τα ντουλάπια και η πόρτα φαινόνταν σαν να μην είχαν καθαριστεί απ εξω η απλά είχαν πεσει υγρά που δεν είχαν σκουπιστεί. Παρκινγκ με απότομη κλίση εισόδου. Καναπές μεγάλος που όμως έκλινε πολύ το χώρο αν άνοιγε.

Sve je bilo prelepo. Sve na svome mestu, cisto, uredno, apartmani kao sa slike. Dobra lokacija, imali smo i parking. Domacini jako ljubazni, bili su tu za svaki nas upit i molbu. Sve u svemu odlican boravak, jako smo zadovoljni!
