I wouldn’t stay here again

It had a pool

Our experience at Casa Betina was unfortunately very disappointing. When we arrived, my friend was bitten by mosquitoes almost immediately, and she continued to be bitten throughout the night. We later realised this was likely due to the open roof structure, which allowed insects into the room. The room did not feel secure from the elements or insects. After going out for a few hours and returning to the property, we found leaves scattered all over the room. This raised further concerns about how exposed the space was and whether it was properly sealed and maintained. The condition of the room did not match our expectations based on the listing. Cleanliness and basic comfort standards were not met, and the issues significantly impacted our comfort and ability to rest. Casa Betina authorised Booking.com to issue a refund, which we appreciated, as we ultimately had to book alternative accommodation.

There were too many mosquitos. I had to buy repellant and spray it everywhere. I almost checked out a day early.

Awful

The room was very clean.

Very noisy. The fans used to cool the room were loud. The gentleman who gave us our key did so in the pool area. Then he got up with his computer and left. That was it for interaction with any staff. No front desk. The hubcaps from our rental car were stolen during the night. The "toiletries" were a bottle of shampoo & dish soap. We only stayed 1 night out of 6, leaving early the next morning. No one there to advise...

Excelente lugar

Un lugar cómodo, ambiente 100% familiar . Alberca limpia. Están a una distancia muy cerca de tiendas comerciales, mercado y playa.. . Su personal muy amable. Teníamos check in a las 2:00pm, sin embargo como nuestro vuelo llego muy temprano nos permitieron guardar nuestro equipaje y nos dieron acceso a la habitación a las 12:00 pm. 2 horas antes. Se preocupan por el descanso de los huéspedes y despues de cierta hora no se permite ruido en las áreas comunes (10/10) . Nos entregaron la estancia limpia. En cuanto a la cocina, super bien equipados con cafetera, licuadora, un pequeño frigorífico, y los utensilios de cocina mas comunes, sarten, cuchillos, vasos, platos. Sin duda regresaré en mi próxima visita.

Siento que el agua caliente se acaba muy rápido. A las 10 de la noche ya nos tocó agua apenas tibia. Se aguanta un poco por el clima calroso. Pero para personas que les gusta el agua caliente si van a sufrir un poco 😅. En nuestro bungalow nos hizo falta un espejo en el baño. No se si en los demás si haya.

ALOJAMIENTO ACOGEDOR CON UBICACION ESTRATEGICA

La ubicación es muy favorecedora, esta cercana a playas y sin problema te puedes mover a pie, alrededor es tranquilo por lo que no hubo problemas para dormir por las noches. Los bungalows muy amplios y limpios.

Lo único que podrían mejorar es la calidad del wifi, durante toda mi estancia no logre conectarme y cuando se conectaba no funcionaba la señal. Tampoco funcionaba el aire acondicionado de nuestra habitación, solamente estaban los ventiladores.

Estupendo, repetiría sin duda.

La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de la playa y de supermercados. Cerca de comercios locales que te hacen descubrir la auténtica vida mexicana. Instalaciones impecables y muy buena coordinación y resolución por parte de los propietarios. La piscina es muy agradable en esa zona puedes pasar tranquilamente la tarde y tienes cocina propia q te permite estar disfrutando de cada momento
