The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The place was super clean The AC and hot water worked as intended, big plus The pool and common area was clean and comfortable The tours and places they recommended were also great! (And cheaper than local prices) Plenty of outlets by the bed (very rare for Mexican places)

Nice hotel with a pool and sea view in quiet area

Very clean place in a quiet area close to the center and the local beach with restaurants and bars. The pool was nice and refreshing. The king size bed was very comfortable. You can pay with credit card (4% extra) which is a great plus.

The wifi was a little bit unstable for a while but the smart TV worked in the evening.

It could have been a nice stay but the rude staff ruined it.

Overall a nice clean and comfortable hotel. Fairly basic but enhanced with nice colors on the walls. My room had a partial ocean view from the balcony. The location is convenient for restaurants, swimming at Playa Principal and, most importantly, the ADO bus station.

Two things really put a damper on my short stay there: I knew I was going to have a friend stop by so I just put his name on the register as a guest when I checked in. He ended up arriving early in the morning when nobody was at the front desk so I was the one to let him in the front gate. When he left soon after the staff hassled him, would not let him out the gate (a button needed to be pushed that he did not see) and basically treated him like a criminal. Luckily I heard the commotion and went downstairs. I quickly buzzed him out. When I confronted the staff they said I had only paid for one guest and visitors were not allowed. I did not remember a one or two guest option but was not sure so I did not argue. It made no sense to me as it was not a breakfast included place. When I checked later I found that (at least on Booking.com) there was not a one guest option for a lower rate. The incident just ruined my morning there. I was glad to pack up and leave early. The other discomfort was I had a couple of chain smokers next door. They would sit on the common balcony and the smoke made its way into my room. I had to keep my door and windows shut and never did get to enjoy the hammock outside my room.

Great stay and friendly owner Diana. She arranged a super boat trip with Dolphins. Very comfortable room and bed with good Air Conditioning. Lovely little pool for a dip. You have views of the ocean and a nice breeze. We had a scooter so was easy to get around. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the ADO bus station and you have a few good taco places to eat also. We would stay again and thank you for a pleasant stay. Muchas Gracias

Beautiful, quiet, centrally located hotel with very hospitable owner!

This is such a great hotel! Diana, the owner, was so great - so personable and caring! She connected with us on WhatsApp when we were checking in so we could message her if we needed anything!! The hotel itself is nice and small, really clean and quiet! The rooftop terrace is lovely with amazing views! The hotel is centrally located so it’s easy to walk to many of the beaches, restaurants, stores etc. or easy to take a quick taxi ride.

Excellent choice

I really liked staying here. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean, AC worked well. Staff were very nice and helpful, and spoke enough English that we didn't run into any problems. I didn't see a single bug, not even a mosquito, in my room. Conveniently located to the adoquin, supermarket, restaurants, beach, shops, etc. I could walk to literally everything I needed.the view from the balcony was great and I loved the hammocks The neighbors are quiet, and it's on a quiet street. There's a busy road just uphill but I didn't really hear it.

One night there was a concert on the beach and the sound traveled up (not their fault!) but when I closed my door and window it was pretty muffled.

excellent hotel, highly recommend

Nice little hotel, great location but still within walking distance to everything you need. Clean and large rooms with good shower, hot water and great wifi. The staff is very friendly, allowed us an early check-in, arranged a taxi to the airport and checked-in regularly with us to ensure our stay was comfortable. definitely recommend this place.

may be a minor point but since there is no onsite breakfast option or a kitchen, a tea/coffee making facility in the room would be nice as I prefer a hot drink to start the day and not always possible to go down and climb back bunch of stairs to the nearest cafe.

Good

Location is very good. You can walk to Zicatela beach and to the town centre. 5 mins from ADO bus station. Room was spotless. Also we could store our luggage on the day we left for a couple of hours

A lot of rules in the room, that makes us feel we are not very welcome. Bed was 1.80m long, that is really short. We also stayed in another hotel in Puerto for a similar price, but that was a better value for money. Not really big cons though, the stay was okay, but there are better places for this price.

We really loved this place! The pool was a sanctuary away from the heat and humidity.

The property was very well maintained with a sparkling clean pool, beautiful color scheme. It was close to shopping and many restaurants. It is not on the beach but a short 40 peso ride by taxi to all of the best beaches.
