If it wasn’t for the vip club bad!

Food was ok. The vip club was outstanding and the gardens amazing. Employees very nice and ready to help, but at the reception desk they has to many things to do and get overwhelmed, sometimes it was only one person for registration, towels, etc

Rooms and bathrooms scream for a renewal, food was good but could be better, need a place or 2 to drop off towels instead the reception desk. Replace the towels and linens. New years with a folklore show wasn’t the best! The place in general is to expensive fir what you offered

Poor

Setting of club coco's. The beach club was the only positive experience for our stay and even that had some drawbacks i.e dirty loungers and towels.

Rooms desperately in need of modernisation/renovation. Everything was quite dirty, even the pool towels felt like they just got dried between guests. Terrible noise insulation, could hear guests in adjoining rooms snoring all night. Food outrageously overpriced, much better food available nearby.

what I call a real vacation

The property was clean and the food was amazing. transportation to the two areas of the pool and restaurants was very convenient. security looked after us when I left my room open and making sure guest were behaving. feeling safe as a foreigner is important.

The internet was not working in the room and the music playing at the pool should include more Spanish songs since we are in Mexico.

We liked the cocos beach club the most. The breakfast was not included, I find it expensive and instead of being a buffet breakfast, they serve your food, instead of you choosing it yourself.

the cost/benefit is not good. it is quite pricey for what you get. The bedrooms are quite old. it needs a renovation.

Nice hotel to relax in Puerto

Lovely hotel, with good facilities. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Had a very relaxing stay. Drinks included was a nice touch. Beautiful place to watch the sunset.

Maybe a little over priced. Buffet was a little expensive for what it was.

Looked after gardens, cleaned regularly, insistence on wearing masks, location, facilities, and drinks included in the package. Helpful staff

The buffet food was average but mostly cold so had to ask for it to be microwaved each time. Gave up after two nights. The special dinner was disappointing and expensive for what it was. We were the only people who took up the offer as we found out by being the only ones in the restaurant all night. The shuttle van from the beach club finished at 18:00 which was too early as being in our seventies was essential to return to the main hotel.

the grounds were well maintained beautiful viewing area and beach was not crowded.

The front desk staff was not welcoming or friendly. They weren’t very forthcoming with details about property. There was no WiFi in rooms only in lobby, this a major inconvenience and when booking this location it is misleading to list WiFi as a perk and not indicate specifically no WiFi in rooms. T.V cable wasn’t working in rooms. Restaurant should have signs instructing guests on how to access plates during buffet. No staff greets you upon entering restaurant guests are left to figure out how seating works. servers at buffet were dismissive insulting, and rude to guests making an honest effort to communicate in Spanish. all around customer service needs improvement and training of staff on basic hospitality industry standards of hotels especially those marketing to international paying customers.

We were happy with our stay and would stay again. Mainly because the Staff.

The staff was attentive and friendly. The room was comfortable and the view from the room was great. The Beach club was great and the pool at the Resort was great also

There was no hot water in the mornings. We woke up 2 days in a row and the water temp in the shower was luke warm at best. All the stairs to get to the rooms was unexpected. There were a lot of Ants and ant hills in the Area's where you wanted to sit, ie. The chairs to watch the sunset at the resort and around the grass area at the Coco Beach club.

Location

Food was really bad, cleanliness was really poor (specially during COVID times), staff struggles to correctly put on a mask, beach club well located but with bad service (even had to set up the chairs myself). Very noisy.

PÉSIMO.

El precio es muy elevado para lo que ofrece el hotel. Pagué casi 12 mil pesos por una habitación para 2 noches y estaba muy equis, súper sencilla, no tenía balcón, las toallas estaban rotas, te dejan una cafetera con dos tés y si les pides una cuchara de plastico para tu té y esa no viene incluida jaja si la quieres te cobran 100 pesos mxn más. Se les fue la luz como 2 horas en la noche, significa que no hay aire acondicionado, no tienes tele, no hay agua caliente y su solución es "espérese hasta que llegue", pudiendo ser varias horas, ¿y en caso de emergencia? Las ventanas no las puedes dejar abiertas porque no tienen mosquitero y se meten los animales. La alberca la cierran a las 7 pm que la verdad es súper temprano. La verdad hay hoteles por la mitad de precio que están súper de lujo. Mejor vayan a Veracruz al hotel "Ramada", te incluye desayuno buffet, la playa está a 5 min caminando, el cuarto es precioso, grande y tienen balcón. Y lo mejor es que está a mitad del precio de Posada Real. La verdad ya sé a qué hotel no voy a regresar jamás cuando regrese a Puerto Escondido. En posada real son 6 mil pesos más de 2 personas para buffet para 2 días. En general la experiencia en posada real estuvo muy chafa. Por lo que pagas esperas más. Las instalaciones en general están bonitas y limpias, pero no vale el costo que piden, hay mejores opciones.
