Proximity to CBD.
The pillows were as thin as tissue paper. A joke really. I could hear every sound from unit above. Especially at 2 am.

Location was excellent, lovely clean comfortable apartment. Beds very comfortable.

Équipement limité. Peu de vaisselle, pas de passoire. La salle de bain est vétuste. Si vous êtes le 1er à prendre votre douche, ça va.... les suivants n'auront pas d'eau chaude ! Pas de rideau occultant. La chambre donnant sur le rue reste éclairée toute la nuit par les lumières de la rue. Beaucoup trop cher au vu des prestations. Proche de la ville à pied et stationnement gratuit dans une rue à 300m.
La vétusté de la salle de bain Peu d'ustensiles de cuisine (si vous faites ne serait-ce que des pâtes, rien pour les égoutter...).
