We stayed in the apartment for a couple of days with our 3-year-old. There are two apartments in the building, this one is on the second floor. The apartment is clean, cozy and has got everything you need for a short or long-term family stay (washing machine!). Parking is available in the nearby streets. 5 minute walk to the "center". Everything in Sligo is within walking distance.
If I were to really nitpick, I would say the acoustics of the water pump could be a little better ;) But that is just the case of refurbished Irish buildings such as this one. Nothing to be worried about.

Location is very central, we were 6-7 minutes from everything we needed for the day. Staff was very responsive and willing to acommodate us for an early check in (we didn't need it in the end). There were toiletries, towels and kitchen equiped with kettle, cutlery etc.
For a short night stay, it was a good match.
The double bedroom had some mould spots on the ceiling and the paint was cracked in a few places, the mattress was too soft for our taste (not bad, just personal preference). The facilities say Parking available - but this is public parking about 4 min walk, so read the description.
