Once inside the apartment is excellent. Gabrielle was excellent. She went above and beyond. When I got confused about the gate to get into the apartment, she came in person, found me, sorted me out, and all while she was rushing to pick up a child. The apartment is wonderfully roomy, well-equipped and comfortable. And it's very quiet.
There was insufficient lighting to read by. Not much of a problem for me as I used my phone but for anyone reading actual books, it would have been difficult. I arrived using the GoogleMaps link but that address wasn't actually the apartment. Guests should be directed to a nearby carpark instead and then told to park up... then to find the apartment. There's no way to park near the apartment to unload your bags so you have to get them from the car park, about 400m away. If you're older and getting a little weaker, that might be a problem. I'm old but I did it in several trips so it was fine. There's a lift. And this is absolutely no fault of the apartment - Sligo has virtually no on-street parking.

Property was very clean and private, but still close to everything.
If you are not familiar with the area, the address does not take you to the place, which you find out is on a footpath, so you need to park first. We could not find the place, although we were very close. We called the owner who promptly walked us through where to go and everything was fine. She was very helpful and responsive. I would just suggest getting detailed directions, landmarks and parking information before you go if you’re not familiar with the area.

Excellent location and nice modern apartment.
The apartment was lovely. If I could suggest improvements it would be to provide a hairdryer and iron… I would normally expect these at a property
