The staff were outstanding, super friendly and nothing was an issue. Lucky hotel owners to have this team.

Only slight issue was the stairs in our room that we had to use to get to our bedroom.

A beautiful and comfortable stay at a sweet chateau in Beaune!

This hotel is a gem! It’s a little chateau 5 minutes by foot from the center of Beaune. From the moment we arrived (during a rainstorm with staff running out with open umbrellas) until the time we left, the staff was friendly and helpful! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The breakfast was abundant and beautifully prepared. The kitchen staff person squeezed organs juice just for us. I would glad my stay here again and recommend it to our friends.

Excellent location and facilities. Service was second to none. Congrats, a fantastic hotel in Beaune.

Breakfast was good but could be more extensive. Saying that I was the only one staying there at that time which would have impacted the offering.

I really, really enjoyed everything about the hotel. All the staff tried to leave a pleasant impression.

I have a small suggestion — to be a bit more generous, both with breakfast and with bathroom amenities. Not to be stingy.

Très belle bâtisse. Avec un emplacement parfait. Très belle cave et beau jardin où l'on peut boire un verre. Chambre duplex magnifique qui donne sur le jardin, très agréable au réveil. Le seul petit bémol, il manque un petit meuble dans la salle de bain pour pouvoir poser les affaires et un joli miroir dans la chambre, cela manque.
