Neat, modern, comfortable, silent —and convenient. Loved it.
The design is beautiful, very elegant and modern yet cozy. The facilities are great; there’s a grocery store just below and some other little shops in the same complex. The hostess/receptionist’s attention was great, she was very kind to my parents (elder) since we had a tough day at a funeral with bad weather and a blackout just as we checked-in.
Having a bellboy to assist some elder hosts with the luggage through the stairs —or anything, when it get complicated because of rain or blackouts (which was our case) would be a good idea. The receptionist is very kind, but as a woman I’d rather not have her carry stuff.

Hotel solo para dormir básico, no ofrece servicio ni apoyo con algún personal. falta logistica
Quizás lo mejor es que estaba cerca de un punto al que tenía que acudir y que esta ubicado en una pequeña plaza comercial. En general su ubicación
No me gusto que no hay personal de apoyo para auxilio con tu equipaje Esta dentro del centro comercial y hay que llevar las maletas desde tu auto en el estacionamiento de la plaza o el subterráneo, por cierto muy sucio, basura y mal olor, tu tienes que llevar todo el equipaje. Dentro del hotel aunque hay un elevado mecánico un poco rustico no se utiliza desconozco porque, teníamos que subir o bajar con o sin equipaje por las escaleras. Las habitaciones bien de tamaño y confortables, pero no hay mas que ofrezca el hotel para tu estancia como comida, enseres básicos, etc

Bonito pero no tiene servicios al mismo nivel
El diseño está muy agradable
Los servicios nos están a la altura del hotel, no funciona el elevador, el agua del baño está tibia y se tarda casi 5 mn en llegar, no hay jabón ni kleenex, solo ponen 1 en la caja para que se vean. Las camas a mi gusto están muy duras.
