A business class hotel, with good service in general, in an acceptable business location, across the street from the large Antea Mall. The value is high compared to other options in Queretaro, and even though it's a new hotel with a Pool and Gym, its value is high against similar options, even at locations closer to the city. Breakfast was very good, and again, good service by the personnel.

This is the third time staying at this property over the past several years. The service is always consistently good and friendly. The rooms are typical for a Marriott Hotel. The hotel itself could use some sprucing, but the location is right across the street from a mall with a ton of restaurants and a gourmet grocery store, so it's worth it. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant varies depending on who is working e.g. one day it was fantastic, the next it was barely mediocre. The hotel and restaurant are both pet-friendly, which is a huge plus for us!

Watch out for a room switch and double charge at check in. Restaurant is okay; Paco at the bar is awesome and helpful. Mall across the street is a great spot for shopping and dining. Rooms were clean but my room (room switch at check in) was small. Make sure to buy bottled water for drinking and personal hygiene. The tap is non-potable according to locals but check in does not tell you.

The hotel did not honor my booking on expedia and notified me 1 night before my check in.

The only thing I didn't like was that the breakfast was expensive and not included. The hotel said it was not included because of Expedia reservation. I tried to contact Expedia to ask why and if they could include my breakfast, but there is not way to get a contact with an operator from Expedia. I will never book with Expedia if I obtain worse condition than all the other not using Expedia.

It was good and the location is convenient infront of the mall which it has shops and restaurants. The room was good it's just I'm picky with the bathroom which one wasn't clean enough. Overall was good. I think the room should have a small refrigerator.

We had a good time, short stay after an event close to the hotel. The hotel is nice and has great location, rooms are functional and clean, staff is helpful. Room service is sent in disposable packaging but it is not eco friendly/recyclable.

This is a very nice property but it's starting to show a few signs of wear. Still a beautiful place. The breakfast buffet was OK; not exactly gourmet. Staff was fine; we had a good rapport with the bartender. Keep in mind this is nowhere near the city center but the location is great if you want to be near Antea (a large mall with lots of shops and restaurants) but I was surprised that the area is not very walkable. It makes no sense to Uber to Antea but if you want to walk, you have to cross four lanes of traffic with no crosswalk and an elevated dirt median. Then you get into the Antea parking lot and again there is no pedestrian walkway. We booked this place for easy mall access, so that was a little disappointing. It's more the fault of the folks who designed the whole complex, not just the hotel. Overall I'd say this place is fine if you get it at a decent price and you want to be in this part of town. You might get better bang for your buck elsewhere.
